Do Antigua and Barbuda passport holders need a Dubai visa?

The majority of passports require a visa arranged in advance, which is the service described on this page. A limited number of passports receive a visa on arrival at UAE airports, and the list changes from time to time. We confirm the current position for Antigua and Barbuda passports on WhatsApp so that nobody pays for a visa they do not need.

Antigua and Barbuda passport Dubai visa fees

Here is the September 2026 price list for Antigua and Barbuda passport holders:

  • Single entry 30 day visa: AED 450
  • 60 days, single entry: AED 650
  • 30 day multiple entry: AED 800
  • 60 day multiple entry: AED 1,000

No tourist visa shorter than 30 days is available. All visa fees, including our service fee, are not refundable if immigration rejects the application, because the government charge is paid at submission.

Refundable security deposit for some nationalities

For a limited set of countries a refundable deposit is requested. It is not part of the prices listed, it comes back to you after your exit from the country, and we state clearly on WhatsApp whether a Antigua and Barbuda passport is affected.

Instalment plans for UAE residents

For UAE residents applying on behalf of Antigua and Barbuda family or friends, payment can be spread with Tabby up to 12 months, Tamara on extendable terms, or a UAE credit card over 3, 6, 9 or 12 months according to the bank. Applicants who are not UAE residents pay through a secure online link.

Paperwork for a Dubai visa

Message us these items on WhatsApp and we will normally confirm your eligibility within an hour:

  1. A clear scan of your Antigua and Barbuda passport, both the data page and the back cover, with at least six months validity. Missing back covers cause most resubmissions.
  2. A colour passport size photo on a white background, without glasses.
  3. A two way air ticket. If you have not booked flights yet, we can book them for you.
  4. If the applicant is a minor, a birth certificate. Certain passports additionally need a national ID card copy.

Depending on nationality, a six month bank statement may be requested. If that applies to Antigua and Barbuda applicants, a UAE resident family member can provide theirs instead. Please also carry a card or some cash, since immigration can ask arriving visitors to show proof of funds.

If a UAE resident is sponsoring you

When a UAE resident applies on behalf of a Antigua and Barbuda visitor, we also need the sponsor’s passport copy valid for six months, residence visa page valid for six months, Emirates ID front and back, and the guarantee form completed at applyvisa.app. A family member’s UAE bank statement can replace the visitor’s statement if one is required, though friends cannot substitute theirs.

The application process step by step

  1. Share your documents with us on WhatsApp at +971 52 292 1011 or +971 4 220 2133 and we confirm which visa fits your plans.
  2. Settle the fee by secure link or instalments. Submission to immigration follows verification and payment.
  3. We submit the application to immigration and keep you updated. Most Antigua and Barbuda applications are approved in 24 to 72 hours, though immigration may occasionally take longer or request additional documents.
  4. You receive the approved visa as a PDF on WhatsApp. Print a copy or keep it on your phone and present it with your passport at check in and on arrival.

How long the Dubai visa is valid

You have 60 days from the issue date to enter the UAE. The stay period, 30 or 60 days, starts counting from your arrival date. Choose single entry for a straightforward visit, or multiple entry if you plan to hop to Oman, Saudi Arabia or Qatar and come back. The visa is for visiting only and does not allow you to take up work.

What happens if you overstay

Visitors do not receive any grace days after the expiry date. An expired visa attracts AED 50 per day in fines from day one, and the rate is the same everywhere in the UAE. After 30 days of overstay, an exit permit costing about AED 250 to 300 becomes necessary as well. We remind Antigua and Barbuda travellers on WhatsApp before the expiry date, giving you time to act.

Staying longer than 30 or 60 days

A 30 day visa can be extended three times for 30 days each, and a 60 day visa twice for 30 days each, with no exit required. Combined stay is capped at 120 days. When the extensions are used up, Antigua and Barbuda visitors must exit and return on a fresh visa, either by a same day flight or by the Oman bus route. You must apply before the visa runs out; we recommend contacting us with at least seven days to spare.

Sharjah visa option

For Antigua and Barbuda travellers who prefer it, the Sharjah 60 day single entry visa costs AED 1,200 and carries no deposit. Holders may move freely across all seven emirates. We can tell you on WhatsApp which of the two is the better fit for Antigua and Barbuda applicants.

How to keep your application on track

  • Leaving out the back cover, which immigration requires alongside the data page.
  • Passport validity under six months. Renew before applying.
  • Blurred or cropped photos. Use a clear, full colour scan with all four corners visible.
  • Undisclosed immigration history. Old fines or bans affect approval, so share them with us upfront.
  • One name only on the passport without a supporting document; message us first if this applies to you.
  • Booking flights before the visa is approved without allowing enough processing time.

What is the processing time?

Typically 24 to 72 hours. Immigration sets the timeline and may ask for more documents, so allow three working days or more before your flight.
