Travellers from Montenegro who need a Dubai visa can get a 30 or 60 day UAE tourist visa from us in single or multiple entry, and the approval normally takes between 24 and 72 hours. The 30 day visa starts at AED 450, four documents are enough for most applicants, and we handle every step on WhatsApp. Below you will find the price for Montenegro citizens, the documents we ask for, processing times, validity rules and extension options.
Short version: four visa options for Montenegro passports, from AED 450 for 30 days single entry to AED 1,000 for 60 days multiple entry, approved in 24 to 72 hours and valid for entry within 60 days of issue.

Montenegro passport and UAE entry rules
A prearranged visa is the standard route for most travellers, and it is the product we issue for Montenegro passports. Certain passports qualify for visa on arrival, and eligibility rules shift from year to year. We confirm the current position for Montenegro passports on WhatsApp so that nobody pays for a visa they do not need.
Montenegro passport Dubai visa fees
Here is the September 2026 price list for Montenegro passport holders:
- 30 days, single entry: AED 450
- 60 day single entry: AED 650
- 30 days, multiple entry: AED 800
- Multiple entry 60 day visa: AED 1,000
No tourist visa shorter than 30 days is available. All visa fees, including our service fee, are not refundable if immigration rejects the application, because the government charge is paid at submission.
A note on deposits
Some passports are asked for a refundable security deposit. The deposit sits apart from the visa fee, is returned after you leave the UAE, and we confirm the amount for Montenegro citizens on WhatsApp before booking.
Instalment plans for UAE residents
If you live in the UAE and are sponsoring a relative or friend holding a Montenegro passport, the fee can be paid through Tabby over up to 12 months, Tamara on extendable terms, or a UAE credit card in 3, 6, 9 or 12 monthly instalments subject to your bank. All other applicants receive a secure online payment link.

Dubai visa requirements for Montenegro passport holders
WhatsApp us the following and expect an eligibility answer within about an hour:
- Your passport data page plus a photo of the back cover, with six months or more validity. We ask for both because the back cover is the item most often forgotten.
- One colour passport photo on a plain white background.
- A round trip ticket, which we can also book for you if it is not yet arranged.
- For minors, a birth certificate. For a few nationalities, a copy of the national ID card is also required.
Some nationalities may be asked for a six month bank statement, and where that applies to a Montenegro passport a UAE based family member’s statement can be submitted on your behalf. Please also carry a card or some cash, since immigration can ask arriving visitors to show proof of funds.
Sponsor requirements
Sponsors based in the UAE send their passport and residence visa copies with six months validity, front and back of the Emirates ID, and complete the guarantee form at applyvisa.app. If a statement is requested, a UAE family member may supply it on the applicant’s behalf, but a friend’s statement is not accepted.
How to apply for a Dubai visa from Montenegro
- Send your documents on WhatsApp to +971 52 292 1011 or +971 4 220 2133. We check them the same day and tell you which visa suits your travel dates.
- Pay through the secure link or instalment plan we send. Processing starts only after documents are verified and payment is received.
- The application is filed and monitored by our team. Expect 24 to 72 hours for most Montenegro applicants, with occasional delays or extra document requests from immigration.
- Once approved, we send the visa PDF on WhatsApp. Show it at check in and at UAE immigration together with your passport.
Validity, entry and stay rules for Montenegro visitors
The visa must be used to enter the UAE within 60 days of the date of issue. Your permitted stay runs from the entry stamp, not from the issue date. A single entry visa allows one arrival; a multiple entry visa lets you leave and re enter as often as you like within the validity, which suits travellers combining the UAE with Oman, Saudi Arabia or Qatar. The visa is for visiting only and does not allow you to take up work.
Why the expiry date matters
UAE visit and tourist visas have no grace period after expiry. The overstay fine is AED 50 per day, applied uniformly across every emirate and visa category, from the first day past expiry. Overstays beyond 30 days additionally require an exit permit of roughly AED 250 to 300. We send Montenegro clients a reminder on WhatsApp before the visa expires so that you can extend or exit in time.

Visa extension without leaving the UAE
Extensions of 30 days are available three times on a 30 day visa and twice on a 60 day visa, with no exit needed. Total time in the UAE cannot exceed 120 days. At the 120 day point, a new visa requires an exit, which can be done by an airport to airport change or the bus to Oman. You must apply before the visa runs out; we recommend contacting us with at least seven days to spare.
An alternative issued through Sharjah
We can also issue a Sharjah 60 day single entry visa for AED 1,200, which requires no security deposit. It works for the entire country, including Dubai. We can tell you on WhatsApp which of the two is the better fit for Montenegro applicants.
Why applications get held up
- Back cover not sent. It is the most common omission, so attach it from the start.
- A passport expiring within six months of travel.
- Blurred or cropped photos. Use a clear, full colour scan with all four corners visible.
- Previous overstays, unpaid fines or improperly cancelled visas. Tell us about any past UAE history so we can advise honestly before you pay.
- Single name passports. If your Montenegro passport shows only one name and no supporting document shows a full name, the visa cannot be processed, so contact us before paying.
- Last minute applications. Give us a minimum of three working days, longer around Eid and the winter peak.
Questions Montenegro travellers ask us
What is the processing time?
Most applications are approved within 24 to 72 hours. Processing time is decided by immigration and can be longer if additional documents are requested, so apply at least three working days before travel.
How much is a 30 day Dubai visa for Montenegro citizens?
AED 450 for single entry and AED 800 for multiple entry. Indian and Filipino passports pay AED 400 and AED 750. A refundable deposit may apply for some nationalities and is confirmed on WhatsApp.
How much is a 60 day Dubai visa for Montenegro passport holders?
AED 650 single or AED 1,000 multiple entry, with the Indian and Filipino tariff at AED 600 and AED 950.
Are financial documents needed?
Only for certain nationalities. A UAE resident family member’s statement is accepted in those cases. Regardless, carry a card or cash on arrival in case immigration asks for proof of funds. WhatsApp us to check the rule for Montenegro.
Can the visa be extended?
It can be extended in country: three times for a 30 day visa, twice for a 60 day visa, 30 days each, with a 120 day ceiling. After that, exit and re enter on a new visa.
When do fines start?
There is no grace period. Fines of AED 50 per day begin immediately after expiry, and an exit permit costing roughly AED 250 to 300 is needed if the overstay exceeds 30 days.
Refund policy on rejection?
No refund applies on refusal, since immigration retains the processing charge. You can apply again once the problem is addressed.
Is there a visa for minors?
Yes. Each child needs their own visa and pays the same fee as an adult. Send the child’s passport, photo and birth certificate on WhatsApp along with the parents’ documents.
Can I work in the UAE on a Dubai visa?
No. A tourist visa does not permit employment. You may attend interviews and visit, but working requires a residence visa sponsored by an employer.
