If you hold a Myanmar passport and need a Dubai visa, we can issue a 30 day or 60 day UAE tourist visa in single or multiple entry, usually within 24 to 72 hours. Fees begin at AED 450, the document list is short, and the whole application runs on WhatsApp with our team in Dubai. This page explains what a Myanmar passport holder pays, what to send, how long it takes, and how the visa can be extended once you are in the UAE.
Short version: four visa options for Myanmar passports, from AED 450 for 30 days single entry to AED 1,000 for 60 days multiple entry, approved in 24 to 72 hours and valid for entry within 60 days of issue.
Planning your Dubai trip? Let White Sky handle it.

Myanmar passport and UAE entry rules
The majority of passports require a visa arranged in advance, which is the service described on this page. A limited number of passports receive a visa on arrival at UAE airports, and the list changes from time to time. If you are unsure whether a Myanmar passport falls under visa on arrival or needs a prearranged Dubai visa, send us a photo of the passport on WhatsApp and we will confirm before you pay anything.
Myanmar passport Dubai visa fees
These are our current prices for a Dubai visa on a Myanmar passport, checked in September 2026:
- Single entry 30 day visa: AED 450
- 60 day single entry: AED 650
- 30 days, multiple entry: AED 800
- 60 days, multiple entry: AED 1,000
Thirty days is the minimum tourist visa length, and nothing shorter exists in this category. Fees are not refundable on rejection, since the government charge is paid the moment the application is lodged.
Security deposits explained
For a limited set of countries a refundable deposit is requested. This is independent of the visa cost, refunded once you depart the UAE, and we tell Myanmar applicants in advance whether one applies.
Spreading the cost
For UAE residents applying on behalf of Myanmar family or friends, payment can be spread with Tabby up to 12 months, Tamara on extendable terms, or a UAE credit card over 3, 6, 9 or 12 months according to the bank. Other travellers pay by a secure online payment link that we send on WhatsApp.

Paperwork for a Dubai visa
WhatsApp us the following and expect an eligibility answer within about an hour:
- Passport scan showing the front page and the back cover, valid for at least six months. A missing back cover is the most common reason an application is returned, so please include both.
- A colour passport size photo on a white background, without glasses.
- A round trip ticket, which we can also book for you if it is not yet arranged.
- For minors, a birth certificate. For a few nationalities, a copy of the national ID card is also required.
A bank statement covering six months is required for certain passports. Where Myanmar citizens are affected, the statement of a family member living in the UAE is accepted. On arrival, immigration may request evidence of funds, so have a bank card or cash to hand.
Sponsor requirements
Sponsors based in the UAE send their passport and residence visa copies with six months validity, front and back of the Emirates ID, and complete the guarantee form at applyvisa.app. Where a bank statement is needed, a family sponsor’s statement may be used instead of the applicant’s; this does not extend to friends.
How Myanmar citizens apply
- WhatsApp your documents to +971 52 292 1011 or +971 4 220 2133. We review them within hours and recommend the right visa for your trip.
- Pay through the secure link or instalment plan we send. Processing starts only after documents are verified and payment is received.
- We submit the application to immigration and keep you updated. Most Myanmar applications are approved in 24 to 72 hours, though immigration may occasionally take longer or request additional documents.
- Once approved, we send the visa PDF on WhatsApp. Show it at check in and at UAE immigration together with your passport.
Key dates to remember
The permit is valid for entry for 60 days from issue. Your permitted stay runs from the entry stamp, not from the issue date. A single entry visa allows one arrival; a multiple entry visa lets you leave and re enter as often as you like within the validity, which suits travellers combining the UAE with Oman, Saudi Arabia or Qatar. Employment is not permitted on a tourist visa.
Overstay rules in 2026
There is no grace period on a UAE tourist visa. Every day beyond expiry costs AED 50, whichever emirate issued the visa, starting immediately. Anyone who overstays by more than 30 days also needs an exit permit, typically AED 250 to 300, before leaving. We remind Myanmar travellers on WhatsApp before the expiry date, giving you time to act.

Staying longer than 30 or 60 days
Thirty day visas may be extended three times by 30 days, and 60 day visas twice by 30 days, all from inside the UAE. The overall ceiling is 120 days of stay. When the extensions are used up, Myanmar visitors must exit and return on a fresh visa, either by a same day flight or by the Oman bus route. Apply for the extension ahead of the expiry date, ideally a week before.
Another route for Myanmar passports
A Sharjah issued 60 day single entry visa is available at AED 1,200 with no security deposit. The visa allows travel throughout the UAE, not only Sharjah. Ask us on WhatsApp which option is better for a Myanmar passport.
Mistakes Myanmar applicants should avoid
- Leaving out the back cover, which immigration requires alongside the data page.
- Less than six months on the passport. Immigration will not approve the visa in that case.
- Blurred or cropped photos. Use a clear, full colour scan with all four corners visible.
- Earlier violations or uncancelled visas. Be open with us so we can check the record first.
- Single name passports. If your Myanmar passport shows only one name and no supporting document shows a full name, the visa cannot be processed, so contact us before paying.
- Tight timelines. Three working days is the minimum, and peak seasons need more.
Answers for Myanmar citizens
What is the processing time?
Usually one to three working days. The decision rests with immigration, and delays are possible, so do not book non changeable flights until the visa is issued.
How much is a 30 day Dubai visa for Myanmar citizens?
AED 450 single or AED 800 multiple entry. Indian and Filipino rates are AED 400 and AED 750. Deposits, where applicable, are confirmed before payment.
What does the 60 day visa cost?
AED 650 for single entry and AED 1,000 for multiple entry. Indian and Filipino passports pay AED 600 and AED 950.
Is a bank statement required for a Myanmar passport?
It depends on nationality. Some passports are asked for a six month statement, and a UAE based family member can submit theirs instead. Immigration may also ask arriving travellers for proof of funds, so carry a card or cash. Message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm the rule for Myanmar passports.
Can the visa be extended?
Yes. Extensions of 30 days are available three times on a 30 day visa and twice on a 60 day visa, all from inside the UAE, up to 120 days. Once exhausted, a visa change by air or bus is needed.
Are there any grace days?
There is no grace period. Fines of AED 50 per day begin immediately after expiry, and an exit permit costing roughly AED 250 to 300 is needed if the overstay exceeds 30 days.
Is the visa fee refundable if my application is rejected?
No. Visa fees, including the service fee, are not refundable if immigration rejects the application, because the government charge is paid at submission. You may reapply after addressing the reason for refusal.
What about children on Myanmar passports?
Certainly. Every child is issued a separate visa at the same rate, and a birth certificate is required in addition to the passport and photo.
Does the tourist visa allow employment?
No. The visa is for visiting only. Taking up work requires an employment visa arranged by a UAE employer.
