If you hold a Albania passport and your UAE visit visa is running out, a Visa extension lets you stay another 30 days without leaving the country. At White Sky Travel a 30 day extension is AED 1,200, processed in around two to three working days, with every step on WhatsApp. Below you will find eligibility, pricing for Albania citizens, the extension limits, the application deadline and your options after 120 days.
In short: Albania passport holders pay AED 1,200 for each 30 day Visa extension, approved in two to three working days without leaving the country. Three extensions on a 30 day visa, two on a 60 day visa, 120 days maximum. Apply five to seven days before expiry through the agency that issued your visa.
Planning your Dubai trip? Let White Sky handle it.
We book your attraction tickets, tours, hotels and flights — and you can pay later with Tabby, Tamara or UAE credit-card monthly instalments. Need a UAE tourist visa too? We do that in-house.
What is a Visa extension without exit?
A Visa extension is an extension of the current permit; the visa number stays the same and the expiry date moves forward by 30 days. The application is submitted to immigration through the same agency account that issued your original visa, and once approved the new expiry date is recorded against your Albania passport. No flight, no bus and no border: you remain where you are and receive the approval on WhatsApp.
This is different from an airport to airport visa change or a visa change by bus to Oman, both of which involve leaving the UAE and returning on a completely new tourist visa. If a Albania passport holder is still eligible, the extension is cheaper and simpler than any exit route, so it is always our first suggestion.
Who from Albania can apply for a Visa extension?
Eligibility for a Visa extension depends on three things: the visa you hold, how many extensions you have already used, and which agency issued the visa. We check the position for Albania passports on WhatsApp and advise the right route: extension, airport to airport or bus.
- Visitors on an agency issued 30 or 60 day visit visa who have not yet reached the extension limit.
- Visitors who have not reached 120 days in the UAE on the current visa.
- Those whose visa came from White Sky Travel, since extensions run through the issuing account under immigration rules.
If we did not issue your visa, the original agency can extend it, or we can reset you on a new 60 day visa through an airport to airport change (AED 1,550) or the bus to Oman (from AED 1,000). This service does not cover visa on arrival stamps or residence permits.

Visa extension fees for Albania passport holders
A 30 day extension is AED 1,200 for all passports, Albania included; there is no nationality based pricing on extensions.
- 30 day extension: AED 1,200
- Sixty days of extension: AED 2,400, applied as two 30 day steps
The charge covers immigration and processing costs and is not refundable if the extension is refused. Any overstay fine is settled separately with immigration and is not included in the AED 1,200. If you only need a month, extend; if you need two months and have run out of extensions, a new visa by air or bus is the better route for a Albania passport.
Spreading the cost
If you live in the UAE and are sponsoring a relative or friend holding a Albania passport, the extension fee can be paid through Tabby over up to 12 months, Tamara on extendable terms, or a UAE credit card in 3, 6, 9 or 12 monthly instalments subject to your bank. Everyone else is sent a secure payment link online. Group applications for a family are processed as one, with the total eligible for instalments.
Documents required for a Visa extension on a Albania passport
Because your record already exists with immigration, we only need the following on WhatsApp:
- Your Albania passport data page, with six months or more validity remaining.
- A recent colour photograph, white background, passport dimensions, no glasses.
- A copy of your current UAE visit visa, so we can confirm the issue date, the expiry date and how many extensions have already been used.
Bank statements, hotel confirmations and return tickets are not part of the extension application. Immigration may occasionally request an additional document on a case by case basis, and we will tell you immediately if that happens for a Albania passport.
How Albania citizens apply
- Send your documents on WhatsApp to +971 52 292 1011 or +971 4 220 2133 at least five to seven days before your visa expires. We check the expiry date and extension count and confirm eligibility the same day.
- Pay through the secure link or instalment plan we send. Submission to immigration starts only after payment is received.
- We submit the extension to immigration and keep you updated. Most Albania applications are approved within two to three working days, though immigration may occasionally take longer.
- We forward the extension PDF on WhatsApp; the new expiry date is on it, so keep it handy.
When to apply and why the deadline matters
Applications are only accepted while the visa is still valid. Once it expires, extension is no longer possible. Because approval takes two to three working days and government offices close at weekends and on public holidays, Albania passport holders should message us five to seven days before expiry. When chaining extensions, start each one a few days early and count your total days from the original entry.
No grace period and the AED 50 daily fine
Visitors do not receive any grace days after the expiry date. An expired visa attracts AED 50 per day in fines from day one, and the rate is the same everywhere in the UAE. Anyone who overstays by more than 30 days also needs an exit permit, typically AED 250 to 300, before leaving. Once expired, the visa cannot be extended. You settle the fine and use an exit route, airport to airport or bus, which we organise for Albania travellers.

Options for Albania visitors after 120 days
At 120 days total, Albania passport holders must leave the UAE. You can fly out and back the same day for AED 1,550, take the Oman bus from AED 1,000, return to Albania and reapply, or switch to residency if you have a sponsor. The two exit routes each provide a fresh 60 day visa whoever issued the first one, and we organise both.
Why extensions get refused or delayed
- Missing the deadline. Once the visa lapses, only an exit route remains.
- Not knowing who issued the visa. Ask the person who arranged it, since the extension has to go through that agency.
- Losing track of cumulative days. The 120 day cap runs from first entry, including every extension.
- Short passport validity, which leads to refusal.
- Confusing residency or arrival stamps with agency visit visas, which are the only ones we can extend.
Frequently asked questions about Visa extension for Albania passport
Is extension without exit possible for Albania citizens?
Yes, without leaving the country. The conditions are an agency issued 30 or 60 day visa, extensions still available, a total stay under 120 days, and processing through the issuing agency.
How much does a Visa extension cost for Albania citizens?
AED 1,200 for a 30 day extension and AED 2,400 for 60 days, with no nationality surcharge for Albania citizens.
How many days until approval?
Most extensions are approved within two to three working days. Weekends and public holidays are not counted, and immigration may occasionally take longer, so apply five to seven days before expiry.
Can I extend my 30 day visa more than once?
Three extensions on a 30 day visa, two on a 60 day visa, 30 days each. Total stay cannot exceed 120 days from the original entry.
Does the same agency rule apply to Albania passports?
Only the issuing agency can extend a visa in country; that is how the immigration system works, not an agency policy. For visas issued elsewhere, ask that agency, or book an exit route with us (airport to airport AED 1,550, bus from AED 1,000) for a fresh 60 day visa.
Is there a grace period after my visa expires?
None. The AED 50 daily fine starts the day after the visa expires, with an exit permit of around AED 250 to 300 added after 30 days of overstay.
Can spouse and children extend at the same time?
Yes. Each family member pays AED 1,200 per extension, we file them together, and the total can be spread over instalments for UAE resident sponsors.
Is the fee refundable on rejection?
Very few eligible extensions are refused. If yours is, the government fee cannot be refunded and you would exit via air or bus before the current visa runs out.
