Visa extension without exit for Algeria passport holders

For travellers from Algeria, the Visa extension is the simplest way to stay longer: no airport, no bus, just a 30 day extension processed while you remain in the UAE. We process the extension for AED 1,200 per 30 day block, usually within two to three working days, and the whole application runs on WhatsApp. Here is everything a Algeria traveller needs to know before applying: fees, limits, deadlines, paperwork and the alternatives when extension is no longer possible.

In short: Algeria passport holders pay AED 1,200 for each 30 day Visa extension, approved in two to three working days without leaving the country. Three extensions on a 30 day visa, two on a 60 day visa, 120 days maximum. Apply five to seven days before expiry through the agency that issued your visa.

How an in country UAE visa extension works

Unlike a visa change, a Visa extension keeps your existing visa and simply adds 30 days to it. Immigration processes the extension under the original issuer’s account and records the new expiry against your Algeria passport. No flight, no bus and no border: you remain where you are and receive the approval on WhatsApp.

This is different from an airport to airport visa change or a visa change by bus to Oman, both of which involve leaving the UAE and returning on a completely new tourist visa. If a Algeria passport holder is still eligible, the extension is cheaper and simpler than any exit route, so it is always our first suggestion.

Who from Algeria can apply for a Visa extension?

Eligibility for a Visa extension depends on three things: the visa you hold, how many extensions you have already used, and which agency issued the visa. Message a photo of your visa to our WhatsApp and we confirm eligibility for Algeria citizens before you pay anything.

  • Tourist visa holders with extensions remaining: up to three on a 30 day visa and up to two on a 60 day visa.
  • Applicants whose total stay, including the new extension, will not exceed 120 days from the original entry date.
  • Those whose visa came from White Sky Travel, since extensions run through the issuing account under immigration rules.

Visas issued elsewhere can be extended by that agency; alternatively, we arrange an airport to airport change at AED 1,550 or a bus visa change from AED 1,000, each providing a new 60 day visa. This service does not cover visa on arrival stamps or residence permits.

UAE visit visa extension charges for Algeria citizens

We charge AED 1,200 for every 30 day extension regardless of nationality, so Algeria citizens pay exactly this figure.

  • A single 30 day block: AED 1,200
  • Sixty days of extension: AED 2,400, applied as two 30 day steps

This price includes the immigration fee and our handling. On rejection the fee is retained by immigration and cannot be returned. Any overstay fine is settled separately with immigration and is not included in the AED 1,200. A Algeria visitor needing 30 days should extend; one needing 60 days after the limit should look at the exit routes.

Payment options

For UAE residents applying on behalf of Algeria family or friends, the AED 1,200 can be spread with Tabby up to 12 months, Tamara on extendable terms, or a UAE credit card over 3, 6, 9 or 12 months according to the bank. Other travellers pay by a secure online payment link that we send on WhatsApp. We extend spouses and children together and apply one instalment plan to the combined fee.

Documents required for a Visa extension on a Algeria passport

Since immigration already has your file from the original visa, an extension needs only a few items. WhatsApp us:

  1. A clear copy of your Algeria passport, valid for at least six months.
  2. One colour passport photo on a plain white background.
  3. A copy of your current UAE visit visa, so we can confirm the issue date, the expiry date and how many extensions have already been used.

No bank statement, hotel booking or return ticket is required for the extension itself. Should immigration want anything more for a Algeria passport, we will contact you on WhatsApp at once.

The application process step by step

  1. Share your documents with us on WhatsApp at +971 52 292 1011 or +971 4 220 2133 with at least five to seven days remaining, and we confirm the same day.
  2. Make the payment through the link we send. We submit as soon as it is confirmed.
  3. We lodge the application and track it. Approval for Algeria passports usually takes two to three working days; immigration can sometimes extend this.
  4. The approved extension arrives as a PDF on WhatsApp with the updated expiry. Store it alongside your passport.

Timing your Visa extension

The extension must be submitted before the current visa expires; an expired visa cannot be extended. With two to three working days of processing and no weekend service, a five to seven day lead time protects Algeria visitors from missing the deadline. Back to back extensions should each be filed a few days before the running expiry, always within the 120 day cap.

No grace period and the AED 50 daily fine

There is no grace period on a UAE visit visa. An expired visa attracts AED 50 per day in fines from day one, and the rate is the same everywhere in the UAE. If the overstay passes 30 days, an exit permit of around AED 250 to 300 is required on top of the fines. If your visa has already expired, extension is off the table; the practical route is to pay the fine and exit through an airport to airport change or the bus to Oman, and we can arrange either.

Reaching the 120 day limit

At 120 days total, Algeria passport holders must leave the UAE. From there you have four routes: an airport to airport visa change at AED 1,550 with a same day return by flydubai, a visa change by bus to Oman from AED 1,000 over about one day, returning home and applying for a fresh visa later, or converting to a residence visa if an employer or family sponsor is available. Either exit route resets you on a new 60 day visa, and the same agency rule does not apply to them.

Common problems for Algeria applicants and how we prevent them

  • Applying too late. Extensions cannot be filed after expiry, so contact us five to seven days ahead.
  • Assuming any agency can extend. Only the issuer can, because immigration routes the request through the issuing account. Check who issued your visa before you plan.
  • Losing track of cumulative days. The 120 day cap runs from first entry, including every extension.
  • Passport validity under six months. Immigration will not extend a visa on a passport close to expiry.
  • Expecting an on arrival stamp to be extendable. It is not; a visa change is required instead.

Answers for Algeria citizens

Can I extend my UAE visit visa without exiting on a Algeria passport?

Yes, without leaving the country. The conditions are an agency issued 30 or 60 day visa, extensions still available, a total stay under 120 days, and processing through the issuing agency.

How much does a Visa extension cost for Algeria citizens?

The extension fee is AED 1,200 for 30 days and AED 2,400 for 60 days (two back to back extensions), identical for all passports including Algeria.

What is the processing time?

Most extensions are approved within two to three working days. Weekends and public holidays are not counted, and immigration may occasionally take longer, so apply five to seven days before expiry.

Can I extend my 30 day visa more than once?

The limit is 120 days in total: three 30 day extensions on a 30 day visa, or two on a 60 day visa.

Can I extend a visa issued by another agency?

The same agency rule applies to every nationality, Algeria included. If we did not issue the visa, we cannot extend it, but we can reset you on a new 60 day visa by air (AED 1,550) or bus (from AED 1,000).

How many days can I stay after the visa ends?

No. UAE visit and tourist visas have no grace period. A fine of AED 50 per day applies from the day after expiry, and overstays beyond 30 days also require an exit permit of about AED 250 to 300.

What about family members on Algeria passports?

Certainly. We extend the whole family at once, and residents sponsoring Algeria relatives can pay the combined AED 1,200 per person on an instalment plan.

Is the fee refundable on rejection?

Very few eligible extensions are refused. If yours is, the government fee cannot be refunded and you would exit via air or bus before the current visa runs out.
