A Visa extension without exit is an extension of your existing visit visa, not a new visa. We file the extension through the issuing account, and immigration updates the expiry date on your Saint Lucia passport record. The AED 1,200 includes the immigration fee and our service. It cannot be refunded on refusal, since the government charge is paid when the application is lodged. Any overstay fine is settled separately with immigration and is not included in the AED 1,200. Extensions need less paperwork than a new visa. Message us these three items on WhatsApp:

1. A scan of the passport, valid for a minimum of six months.
2. A recent colour photograph, white background, passport dimensions, no glasses.
3. Your existing visa PDF, which tells us the entry date, expiry and extension count.

Bank statements, hotel confirmations and return tickets are not part of the extension application. Immigration may occasionally request an additional document on a case by case basis, and we will tell you immediately if that happens for a Saint Lucia passport.

Why the expiry date is final

UAE visit and tourist visas have no grace period after expiry. A fine of AED 50 applies for every day of overstay, the same flat rate across all visa types and emirates, and it starts the day after expiry. Anyone who overstays by more than 30 days also needs an exit permit, typically AED 250 to 300, before leaving. Once expired, the visa cannot be extended. Options for Saint Lucia visitors after 120 days

When the extensions are exhausted and 120 days are up, leaving the country is required. The choices are an airport to airport change (AED 1,550, same day, flydubai), the Oman bus route (from AED 1,000, about a day), going home and applying afresh, or moving to a residence visa where a sponsor exists. Both exit routes issue a new 60 day tourist visa regardless of which agency issued the original, and we arrange either on WhatsApp.

How to keep your application on track

• Leaving it to the last day. An expired visa cannot be extended, so allow a week.
• Not knowing who issued the visa. Ask the person who arranged it, since the extension has to go through that agency.
• Forgetting that extensions add to the original stay rather than replacing it.
• Passport validity under six months. Immigration will not extend a visa on a passport close to expiry.
• Confusing residency or arrival stamps with agency visit visas, which are the only ones we can extend.
