If you hold a Saint Kitts and Nevis passport and your UAE visit visa is running out, a Visa extension lets you stay another 30 days without leaving the country. The fee is AED 1,200 for each 30 day extension, approval normally arrives in two to three working days, and everything is handled on WhatsApp. Below you will find eligibility, pricing for Saint Kitts and Nevis citizens, the extension limits, the application deadline and your options after 120 days.
Quick answer: a Visa extension for a Saint Kitts and Nevis passport costs AED 1,200 per 30 days and is processed inside the UAE in two to three working days. A 30 day visa can be extended three times and a 60 day visa twice, up to a total stay of 120 days. Apply at least five to seven days before expiry, and note that the extension must be processed by the agency that issued the original visa.

What is a Visa extension without exit?
A Visa extension without exit is an extension of your existing visit visa, not a new visa. Immigration processes the extension under the original issuer’s account and records the new expiry against your Saint Kitts and Nevis passport. There is no travel involved: you stay in the UAE, keep your accommodation and wait for the approval on WhatsApp.
This is different from an airport to airport visa change or a visa change by bus to Oman, both of which involve leaving the UAE and returning on a completely new tourist visa. Wherever a Saint Kitts and Nevis citizen is still within the extension limits, this is the option we recommend before anything else.
Is a Visa extension available for Saint Kitts and Nevis citizens?
Eligibility for a Visa extension depends on three things: the visa you hold, how many extensions you have already used, and which agency issued the visa. We check the position for Saint Kitts and Nevis passports on WhatsApp and advise the right route: extension, airport to airport or bus.
- Visitors on an agency issued 30 or 60 day visit visa who have not yet reached the extension limit.
- Applicants whose total stay, including the new extension, will not exceed 120 days from the original entry date.
- Visitors whose visa we issued. Immigration processes extensions through the original issuer’s account, so another agency cannot extend a visa we did not issue, and we cannot extend a visa issued elsewhere.
Visas issued elsewhere can be extended by that agency; alternatively, we arrange an airport to airport change at AED 1,550 or a bus visa change from AED 1,000, each providing a new 60 day visa. Visas issued on arrival and residence visas cannot be extended through this service.

UAE visit visa extension charges for Saint Kitts and Nevis citizens
We charge AED 1,200 for every 30 day extension regardless of nationality, so Saint Kitts and Nevis citizens pay exactly this figure.
- 1 month extension inside the UAE: AED 1,200
- Two month visa extension: AED 2,400, processed as two consecutive 30 day extensions
The charge covers immigration and processing costs and is not refundable if the extension is refused. Overstay fines, if any, are paid by the traveller to immigration and are not part of the extension fee. A Saint Kitts and Nevis visitor needing 30 days should extend; one needing 60 days after the limit should look at the exit routes.
Payment options
UAE residents arranging a Visa extension for a family member or friend from Saint Kitts and Nevis can split the AED 1,200 using Tabby with up to 12 months, Tamara with extendable terms, or a UAE credit card with 3, 6, 9 or 12 month plans depending on the issuing bank. All other applicants receive a secure online payment link. We extend spouses and children together and apply one instalment plan to the combined fee.
Documents required for a Visa extension on a Saint Kitts and Nevis passport
Extensions need less paperwork than a new visa. Message us these three items on WhatsApp:
- A clear copy of your Saint Kitts and Nevis passport, valid for at least six months.
- One colour passport photo on a plain white background.
- Your present visa, needed to confirm eligibility and the dates.
The extension does not call for a bank statement, accommodation proof or a return ticket. Should immigration want anything more for a Saint Kitts and Nevis passport, we will contact you on WhatsApp at once.
How Saint Kitts and Nevis citizens apply
- WhatsApp your documents to +971 52 292 1011 or +971 4 220 2133 a week before expiry. We verify the dates and confirm whether a Saint Kitts and Nevis passport can be extended.
- Pay through the secure link or instalment plan we send. Submission to immigration starts only after payment is received.
- We lodge the application and track it. Approval for Saint Kitts and Nevis passports usually takes two to three working days; immigration can sometimes extend this.
- You receive the approved extension as a PDF on WhatsApp showing the new expiry date. Keep it with your passport for the rest of your stay.
Do not wait until the last day
The extension must be submitted before the current visa expires; an expired visa cannot be extended. With two to three working days of processing and no weekend service, a five to seven day lead time protects Saint Kitts and Nevis visitors from missing the deadline. For consecutive extensions, submit each new request a few days before the previous extension expires and track your cumulative stay against the 120 day limit.
Overstay rules in 2026
Once a visit visa expires, no extra days are granted. An expired visa attracts AED 50 per day in fines from day one, and the rate is the same everywhere in the UAE. If the overstay passes 30 days, an exit permit of around AED 250 to 300 is required on top of the fines. If your visa has already expired, extension is off the table; the practical route is to pay the fine and exit through an airport to airport change or the bus to Oman, and we can arrange either.

Reaching the 120 day limit
When the extensions are exhausted and 120 days are up, leaving the country is required. From there you have four routes: an airport to airport visa change at AED 1,550 with a same day return by flydubai, a visa change by bus to Oman from AED 1,000 over about one day, returning home and applying for a fresh visa later, or converting to a residence visa if an employer or family sponsor is available. Either exit route resets you on a new 60 day visa, and the same agency rule does not apply to them.
Mistakes to avoid
- Missing the deadline. Once the visa lapses, only an exit route remains.
- Approaching a different agency. The same agency rule means we can only extend visas we issued; for others, use an exit route.
- Assuming the clock resets with each extension. It does not; 120 days is the total from entry.
- Passport validity under six months. Immigration will not extend a visa on a passport close to expiry.
- Trying to extend a visa on arrival or a residence visa. This service covers agency issued visit visas only; other permits need a different route.
Answers for Saint Kitts and Nevis citizens
Is extension without exit possible for Saint Kitts and Nevis citizens?
Yes. No exit is needed for agency issued visit visas within the extension limits and the 120 day cap, when processed by the original issuer.
What are the UAE visit visa extension fees?
AED 1,200 for a 30 day extension and AED 2,400 for 60 days, with no nationality surcharge for Saint Kitts and Nevis citizens.
How long does a Visa extension take?
Expect two to three working days for a Saint Kitts and Nevis passport, with a buffer for weekends and holidays.
Can I extend my 30 day visa more than once?
A 30 day visa can be extended three times and a 60 day visa twice, each by 30 days. The maximum continuous stay on any UAE tourist visa is 120 days, after which exit is mandatory.
What if my visa came from a different agency?
Only the issuing agency can extend a visa in country; that is how the immigration system works, not an agency policy. For visas issued elsewhere, ask that agency, or book an exit route with us (airport to airport AED 1,550, bus from AED 1,000) for a fresh 60 day visa.
When do fines start?
There is no grace period. Fines of AED 50 per day begin immediately after expiry, and an exit permit costing roughly AED 250 to 300 is needed if the overstay exceeds 30 days.
Is there a family extension option?
Certainly. We extend the whole family at once, and residents sponsoring Saint Kitts and Nevis relatives can pay the combined AED 1,200 per person on an instalment plan.
Can immigration decline an extension?
Refusals are rare when the eligibility rules are met. If immigration declines, the fee is not refundable because the government charge is paid at submission, and you would need to exit before expiry through an airport to airport change or the bus to Oman. We check eligibility carefully before you pay to keep this risk low.
