Visa extension for Togo citizens without leaving the UAE

If you hold a Togo passport and your UAE visit visa is running out, a Visa extension lets you stay another 30 days without leaving the country. At White Sky Travel a 30 day extension is AED 1,200, processed in around two to three working days, with every step on WhatsApp. Here is everything a Togo traveller needs to know before applying: fees, limits, deadlines, paperwork and the alternatives when extension is no longer possible.

In short: Togo passport holders pay AED 1,200 for each 30 day Visa extension, approved in two to three working days without leaving the country. Three extensions on a 30 day visa, two on a 60 day visa, 120 days maximum. Apply five to seven days before expiry through the agency that issued your visa.

Planning your Dubai trip? Let White Sky handle it.

We book your attraction tickets, tours, hotels and flights — and you can pay later with Tabby, Tamara or UAE credit-card monthly instalments. Need a UAE tourist visa too? We do that in-house.

How an in country UAE visa extension works

Unlike a visa change, a Visa extension keeps your existing visa and simply adds 30 days to it. Immigration processes the extension under the original issuer’s account and records the new expiry against your Togo passport. Nothing physical happens on your side; you continue your visit and we send the approved extension on WhatsApp.

Visa change by air or by bus means exiting and re entering on a new visa; a Visa extension avoids the exit altogether. For eligible Togo travellers the extension beats the exit routes on cost, effort and time away.

Is a Visa extension available for Togo citizens?

Three factors decide whether a Togo passport holder can extend: the visa type, the number of extensions already taken, and the issuing agency. We check the position for Togo passports on WhatsApp and advise the right route: extension, airport to airport or bus.

  • Visit and tourist visa holders on a 30 day or 60 day visa issued through a travel agency. A 30 day visa can be extended three times and a 60 day visa twice, each by 30 days.
  • Visitors who have not reached 120 days in the UAE on the current visa.
  • Applicants whose original visa was issued by White Sky Travel. In country extensions can only be processed by the agency that issued the visa, because immigration handles the request through the issuer’s account.

If we did not issue your visa, the original agency can extend it, or we can reset you on a new 60 day visa through an airport to airport change (AED 1,550) or the bus to Oman (from AED 1,000). On arrival stamps and residence visas fall outside this service.

Togo passport Visa extension price

We charge AED 1,200 for every 30 day extension regardless of nationality, so Togo citizens pay exactly this figure.

  • One month visa extension: AED 1,200 for 30 days
  • Two month visa extension: AED 2,400, processed as two consecutive 30 day extensions

The charge covers immigration and processing costs and is not refundable if the extension is refused. Any overstay fine is settled separately with immigration and is not included in the AED 1,200. A Togo visitor needing 30 days should extend; one needing 60 days after the limit should look at the exit routes.

Spreading the cost

For UAE residents applying on behalf of Togo family or friends, the AED 1,200 can be spread with Tabby up to 12 months, Tamara on extendable terms, or a UAE credit card over 3, 6, 9 or 12 months according to the bank. Everyone else is sent a secure payment link online. When several family members extend at once, we process them together and the total can be paid on the same plan.

Paperwork for a Visa extension

Since immigration already has your file from the original visa, an extension needs only a few items. WhatsApp us:

  1. Passport copy showing at least six months validity.
  2. A white background colour photo in passport format, without eyewear.
  3. Your existing visa PDF, which tells us the entry date, expiry and extension count.

Bank statements, hotel confirmations and return tickets are not part of the extension application. In rare cases immigration asks for something extra; if so, we let Togo applicants know straight away.

The application process step by step

  1. Send your documents on WhatsApp to +971 52 292 1011 or +971 4 220 2133 at least five to seven days before your visa expires. We check the expiry date and extension count and confirm eligibility the same day.
  2. Complete payment through the link or instalment option we provide. We file the extension once payment clears.
  3. We file with immigration and follow up. Typical turnaround for Togo citizens is two to three working days.
  4. The approved extension arrives as a PDF on WhatsApp with the updated expiry. Store it alongside your passport.

Timing your Visa extension

An extension is only possible on a live visa, which is why the expiry date is the hard deadline. Allow five to seven days: two to three working days for processing, plus a buffer for weekends and holidays. If you plan to extend more than once, apply for the next extension a few days before the current one ends, and keep an eye on the 120 day total.

No grace period and the AED 50 daily fine

Visitors do not receive any grace days after the expiry date. A fine of AED 50 applies for every day of overstay, the same flat rate across all visa types and emirates, and it starts the day after expiry. Overstays beyond 30 days additionally require an exit permit of roughly AED 250 to 300. Once expired, the visa cannot be extended. You settle the fine and use an exit route, airport to airport or bus, which we organise for Togo travellers.

When extension is no longer possible

The 120 day ceiling is absolute; after it, every Togo visitor has to exit. The choices are an airport to airport change (AED 1,550, same day, flydubai), the Oman bus route (from AED 1,000, about a day), going home and applying afresh, or moving to a residence visa where a sponsor exists. Air or bus, the result is a new 60 day visa, and we book either for Togo travellers on WhatsApp.

Common problems for Togo applicants and how we prevent them

  • Applying too late. Extensions cannot be filed after expiry, so contact us five to seven days ahead.
  • Assuming any agency can extend. Only the issuer can, because immigration routes the request through the issuing account. Check who issued your visa before you plan.
  • Assuming the clock resets with each extension. It does not; 120 days is the total from entry.
  • Less than six months on the passport, which blocks the extension.
  • Confusing residency or arrival stamps with agency visit visas, which are the only ones we can extend.

Answers for Togo citizens

Is extension without exit possible for Togo citizens?

Yes, without leaving the country. The conditions are an agency issued 30 or 60 day visa, extensions still available, a total stay under 120 days, and processing through the issuing agency.

How much does a Visa extension cost for Togo citizens?

One month costs AED 1,200 and two months cost AED 2,400, issued as two 30 day extensions. The fee does not vary by nationality, so Togo passports pay the standard rate.

How long does a Visa extension take?

Usually two to three working days. Because government offices close at weekends, Togo travellers should allow five to seven days before the visa expires.

What is the maximum stay?

Up to three times for a 30 day visa and twice for a 60 day visa, always within a 120 day ceiling.

Can I extend a visa issued by another agency?

Only the issuing agency can extend a visa in country; that is how the immigration system works, not an agency policy. For visas issued elsewhere, ask that agency, or book an exit route with us (airport to airport AED 1,550, bus from AED 1,000) for a fresh 60 day visa.

Can I stay a few days after expiry?

No. UAE visit and tourist visas have no grace period. A fine of AED 50 per day applies from the day after expiry, and overstays beyond 30 days also require an exit permit of about AED 250 to 300.

What about family members on Togo passports?

Certainly. We extend the whole family at once, and residents sponsoring Togo relatives can pay the combined AED 1,200 per person on an instalment plan.

Can immigration decline an extension?

Refusals are rare when the eligibility rules are met. If immigration declines, the fee is not refundable because the government charge is paid at submission, and you would need to exit before expiry through an airport to airport change or the bus to Oman. We check eligibility carefully before you pay to keep this risk low.
