Prices start at AED 450, you need only four documents, and everything happens over WhatsApp from our office in Dubai Investment Park. Here is everything a Dominica traveller needs to know: cost, paperwork, timing, validity and what happens when the visa is about to expire.
Short version: four visa options for Dominica passports, from AED 450 for 30 days single entry to AED 1,000 for 60 days multiple entry, approved in 24 to 72 hours and valid for entry within 60 days of issue.
Planning your Dubai trip? Let White Sky handle it.
We book your attraction tickets, tours, hotels and flights — and you can pay later with Tabby, Tamara or UAE credit-card monthly instalments. Need a UAE tourist visa too? We do that in-house.
Who needs a prearranged Dubai visa?
The majority of passports require a visa arranged in advance, which is the service described on this page. Some passports are stamped on arrival instead, and the list of eligible countries is updated periodically. We confirm the current position for Dominica passports on WhatsApp so that nobody pays for a visa they do not need.
How much does a Dubai visa cost for Dominica citizens?
Our rate card for Dominica passports, confirmed in September 2026, is as follows:
- 30 day tourist visa, single entry: AED 450
- 60 day single entry: AED 650
- 30 days, multiple entry: AED 800
- 60 day multiple entry: AED 1,000
Thirty days is the minimum tourist visa length, and nothing shorter exists in this category. Fees are not refundable on rejection, since the government charge is paid the moment the application is lodged.
Refundable security deposit for some nationalities
For a limited set of countries a refundable deposit is requested. It is separate from the visa price above, it is refunded after the visitor exits the UAE, and we will confirm on WhatsApp whether it applies to Dominica passports and how much it is.
Instalment plans for UAE residents
UAE residents applying for a family member or friend from Dominica can split the visa fee using Tabby with up to 12 months, Tamara with extendable terms, or a UAE credit card with 3, 6, 9 or 12 month plans depending on the issuing bank. All other applicants receive a secure online payment link.

Documents required for a Dubai visa on a Dominica passport
WhatsApp us the following and expect an eligibility answer within about an hour:
- Your passport data page plus a photo of the back cover, with six months or more validity. We ask for both because the back cover is the item most often forgotten.
- One colour passport photo on a plain white background.
- A two way air ticket. If you have not booked flights yet, we can book them for you.
- Birth certificate for any child applicant. A national ID copy is required for some nationalities.
Bank statement requirements depend on nationality. Should Dominica be one of the passports that needs one, a relative in the UAE can submit their own statement for you. UAE immigration may also ask arriving travellers to show proof of funds on entry, so carry a card or cash that demonstrates you can support your stay.
Sponsor requirements
For sponsored applications the UAE resident supplies a passport copy and residence visa page valid for six months, both sides of their Emirates ID, and the online guarantee form at applyvisa.app. The sponsor’s bank statement can stand in for the applicant’s where one is required, but this applies to family members only, not friends.
How to apply for a Dubai visa from Dominica
- Send your documents on WhatsApp to +971 52 292 1011 or +971 4 220 2133. We check them the same day and tell you which visa suits your travel dates.
- Pay through the secure link or instalment plan we send. Processing starts only after documents are verified and payment is received.
- We lodge the application and track it. Approval for Dominica passports usually takes 24 to 72 hours; immigration can sometimes extend this or ask for more paperwork.
- You receive the approved visa as a PDF on WhatsApp. Print a copy or keep it on your phone and present it with your passport at check in and on arrival.
Validity and duration of stay
The permit is valid for entry for 60 days from issue. The 30 or 60 day stay is measured from entry, not from issuance. Choose single entry for a straightforward visit, or multiple entry if you plan to hop to Oman, Saudi Arabia or Qatar and come back. Working on a tourist visa is not allowed.
Why the expiry date matters
Visitors do not receive any grace days after the expiry date. An expired visa attracts AED 50 per day in fines from day one, and the rate is the same everywhere in the UAE. Overstays beyond 30 days additionally require an exit permit of roughly AED 250 to 300. A WhatsApp reminder from us before expiry helps Dominica visitors avoid fines.

Extending a Dubai visa for Dominica passport holders
Thirty day visas may be extended three times by 30 days, and 60 day visas twice by 30 days, all from inside the UAE. The overall ceiling is 120 days of stay. After the limit, the only way to stay on is to leave and come back on a new visa, by air through an airport to airport change or by bus via Oman. Extensions are only accepted before expiry, so message us while you still have a week or more left.
An alternative issued through Sharjah
An alternative is the 60 day single entry visa issued through Sharjah, priced at AED 1,200 without any deposit. It works for the entire country, including Dubai. Ask us on WhatsApp which option is better for a Dominica passport.
How to keep your application on track
- No back cover scan. Send it together with the front page.
- Less than six months on the passport. Immigration will not approve the visa in that case.
- Blurred or cropped photos. Use a clear, full colour scan with all four corners visible.
- Earlier violations or uncancelled visas. Be open with us so we can check the record first.
- One name only on the passport without a supporting document; message us first if this applies to you.
- Booking flights before the visa is approved without allowing enough processing time.
Answers for Dominica citizens
What is the processing time?
Usually one to three working days. The decision rests with immigration, and delays are possible, so do not book non changeable flights until the visa is issued.
Price of a 30 day single entry visa?
AED 450 for single entry and AED 800 for multiple entry. Indian and Filipino passports pay AED 400 and AED 750. A refundable deposit may apply for some nationalities and is confirmed on WhatsApp.
Price of a two month visa?
The 60 day visa costs AED 650 single entry or AED 1,000 multiple entry, and AED 600 or AED 950 for Indian and Filipino passports.
Will immigration ask for proof of funds?
Bank statement requirements vary by nationality. Where one is needed, a family member living in the UAE can provide it. Separately, immigration can ask for proof of funds on arrival. We confirm the position for Dominica citizens on WhatsApp.
Can I extend a Dubai visa without leaving the UAE?
It can be extended in country: three times for a 30 day visa, twice for a 60 day visa, 30 days each, with a 120 day ceiling. After that, exit and re enter on a new visa.
What happens if I overstay by a day?
None. The AED 50 daily fine starts the day after the visa expires, with an exit permit of around AED 250 to 300 added after 30 days of overstay.
Refund policy on rejection?
The fee is not returned if the visa is refused; it covers government processing. Reapplying is possible after the cause of rejection is fixed.
What about children on Dominica passports?
Yes. Each child needs their own visa and pays the same fee as an adult. Send the child’s passport, photo and birth certificate on WhatsApp along with the parents’ documents.
Is working permitted?
Employment is not allowed on a tourist visa. Job seekers can meet employers, but a work permit and residence visa are required before starting work.
