We process the Dubai visa for Estonia citizens as a 30 day or 60 day UAE tourist visa, available in single and multiple entry, with most approvals arriving in 24 to 72 hours. The 30 day visa starts at AED 450, four documents are enough for most applicants, and we handle every step on WhatsApp. This page explains what a Estonia passport holder pays, what to send, how long it takes, and how the visa can be extended once you are in the UAE.
Short version: four visa options for Estonia passports, from AED 450 for 30 days single entry to AED 1,000 for 60 days multiple entry, approved in 24 to 72 hours and valid for entry within 60 days of issue.
Planning your Dubai trip? Let White Sky handle it.
We book your attraction tickets, tours, hotels and flights — and you can pay later with Tabby, Tamara or UAE credit-card monthly instalments. Need a UAE tourist visa too? We do that in-house.
Is a Dubai visa required for Estonia citizens?
Unless a passport qualifies for visa on arrival, a prearranged tourist visa is required, and that is what we provide. Certain passports qualify for visa on arrival, and eligibility rules shift from year to year. Message us a photo of your Estonia passport on WhatsApp and we will confirm which rule applies before any payment is taken.
What a Dubai visa costs from Dubai
These are our current prices for a Dubai visa on a Estonia passport, checked in September 2026:
- 30 day single entry: AED 450
- Single entry 60 day visa: AED 650
- 30 days, multiple entry: AED 800
- 60 days, multiple entry: AED 1,000
Thirty days is the minimum tourist visa length, and nothing shorter exists in this category. Should immigration refuse the application, the fee is not returned, as it covers government processing.
Refundable security deposit for some nationalities
Certain nationalities may need to place a refundable security deposit. This is independent of the visa cost, refunded once you depart the UAE, and we tell Estonia applicants in advance whether one applies.
Pay in monthly instalments
Residents of the UAE booking for Estonia visitors can use Tabby for up to 12 months, Tamara with extendable repayment, or a UAE credit card with 3, 6, 9 or 12 month terms set by the card issuer. Everyone else is sent a secure payment link online.

Paperwork for a Dubai visa
Share these items on WhatsApp and we will confirm whether we can proceed, typically within the hour:
- Front page and back cover of the passport, six months validity minimum. Applications are most frequently sent back because the back cover was left out.
- A recent colour photograph, white background, passport dimensions, no glasses.
- A two way air ticket. If you have not booked flights yet, we can book them for you.
- A birth certificate for children under 18. Some nationalities must also provide a national ID copy.
Bank statement requirements depend on nationality. Should Estonia be one of the passports that needs one, a relative in the UAE can submit their own statement for you. UAE immigration may also ask arriving travellers to show proof of funds on entry, so carry a card or cash that demonstrates you can support your stay.
Sponsor requirements
Sponsors based in the UAE send their passport and residence visa copies with six months validity, front and back of the Emirates ID, and complete the guarantee form at applyvisa.app. If a statement is requested, a UAE family member may supply it on the applicant’s behalf, but a friend’s statement is not accepted.
How Estonia citizens apply
- Message +971 52 292 1011 or +971 4 220 2133 on WhatsApp with your documents. We verify everything and advise on the best option for your dates.
- Make the payment through the link we send. The application goes to immigration as soon as payment clears and documents are approved.
- We submit the application to immigration and keep you updated. Most Estonia applications are approved in 24 to 72 hours, though immigration may occasionally take longer or request additional documents.
- The approved visa arrives as a PDF on WhatsApp. Carry a printed or digital copy for the airline and for immigration on arrival.
Validity, entry and stay rules for Estonia visitors
You have 60 days from the issue date to enter the UAE. The 30 or 60 day stay is measured from entry, not from issuance. With single entry you may arrive once; multiple entry permits several arrivals within the validity, ideal for regional itineraries that pass through Oman, Saudi Arabia or Qatar. Working on a tourist visa is not allowed.
Overstay rules in 2026
Once a visit visa expires, no extra days are granted. An expired visa attracts AED 50 per day in fines from day one, and the rate is the same everywhere in the UAE. If the overstay passes 30 days, an exit permit of around AED 250 to 300 is required on top of the fines. We send Estonia clients a reminder on WhatsApp before the visa expires so that you can extend or exit in time.

Can Estonia citizens extend the visa?
Extensions of 30 days are available three times on a 30 day visa and twice on a 60 day visa, with no exit needed. Combined stay is capped at 120 days. After the limit, the only way to stay on is to leave and come back on a new visa, by air through an airport to airport change or by bus via Oman. Extension applications must be submitted before the current visa expires, so contact us with at least a week remaining.
Another route for Estonia passports
An alternative is the 60 day single entry visa issued through Sharjah, priced at AED 1,200 without any deposit. The visa allows travel throughout the UAE, not only Sharjah. We can tell you on WhatsApp which of the two is the better fit for Estonia applicants.
Why applications get held up
- Leaving out the back cover, which immigration requires alongside the data page.
- Passport validity under six months. Renew before applying.
- Poor quality scans. Make sure the whole page is visible and readable.
- Earlier violations or uncancelled visas. Be open with us so we can check the record first.
- One name only on the passport without a supporting document; message us first if this applies to you.
- Applying too close to the travel date. Allow at least three working days, more during Eid and December.
Answers for Estonia citizens
When will I receive my visa?
Expect 24 to 72 hours for a Estonia passport. Immigration controls the timing and occasionally requests extra paperwork.
How much is a 30 day Dubai visa for Estonia citizens?
The 30 day visa is AED 450 single entry or AED 800 multiple entry, with Indian and Filipino passports at AED 400 and AED 750. Some nationalities may also need a refundable deposit.
What does the 60 day visa cost?
AED 650 for single entry and AED 1,000 for multiple entry. Indian and Filipino passports pay AED 600 and AED 950.
Are financial documents needed?
Bank statement requirements vary by nationality. Where one is needed, a family member living in the UAE can provide it. Separately, immigration can ask for proof of funds on arrival. We confirm the position for Estonia citizens on WhatsApp.
Can I extend a Dubai visa without leaving the UAE?
Yes. A 30 day visa can be extended three times and a 60 day visa twice, each by 30 days, up to a total stay of 120 days, without exiting. After that you must leave and re enter through an airport to airport change or by bus. Applications must be made before expiry.
When do fines start?
None. The AED 50 daily fine starts the day after the visa expires, with an exit permit of around AED 250 to 300 added after 30 days of overstay.
Can I get my money back on refusal?
No. Visa fees, including the service fee, are not refundable if immigration rejects the application, because the government charge is paid at submission. You may reapply after addressing the reason for refusal.
What about children on Estonia passports?
Yes. Children require an individual visa at the standard price. We need the passport, photo and birth certificate for each minor.
Is working permitted?
No. The visa is for visiting only. Taking up work requires an employment visa arranged by a UAE employer.
