Ireland passport holders can apply for a Dubai visa through White Sky Travel and receive a 30 or 60 day tourist visa, single or multiple entry, typically within one to three working days. The 30 day visa starts at AED 450, four documents are enough for most applicants, and we handle every step on WhatsApp. Below you will find the price for Ireland citizens, the documents we ask for, processing times, validity rules and extension options.
In short: Ireland passport holders pay AED 450 for a 30 day single entry Dubai visa, AED 650 for 60 days single entry, AED 800 for 30 days multiple entry and AED 1,000 for 60 days multiple entry. Approval takes 24 to 72 hours and entry must happen within 60 days of issue.
Planning your Dubai trip? Let White Sky handle it.
We book your attraction tickets, tours, hotels and flights — and you can pay later with Tabby, Tamara or UAE credit-card monthly instalments. Need a UAE tourist visa too? We do that in-house.
Ireland passport and UAE entry rules
Unless a passport qualifies for visa on arrival, a prearranged tourist visa is required, and that is what we provide. A limited number of passports receive a visa on arrival at UAE airports, and the list changes from time to time. If you are unsure whether a Ireland passport falls under visa on arrival or needs a prearranged Dubai visa, send us a photo of the passport on WhatsApp and we will confirm before you pay anything.
Ireland passport Dubai visa fees
Here is the September 2026 price list for Ireland passport holders:
- 30 day single entry: AED 450
- 60 day tourist visa, single entry: AED 650
- Multiple entry 30 day visa: AED 800
- 60 days, multiple entry: AED 1,000
The 30 day visa is the shortest tourist option the UAE offers. Fees are not refundable on rejection, since the government charge is paid the moment the application is lodged.
Refundable security deposit for some nationalities
For a limited set of countries a refundable deposit is requested. The deposit sits apart from the visa fee, is returned after you leave the UAE, and we confirm the amount for Ireland citizens on WhatsApp before booking.
Payment options
UAE residents applying for a family member or friend from Ireland can split the visa fee using Tabby with up to 12 months, Tamara with extendable terms, or a UAE credit card with 3, 6, 9 or 12 month plans depending on the issuing bank. Everyone else is sent a secure payment link online.

What Ireland citizens need to send us
Share these items on WhatsApp and we will confirm whether we can proceed, typically within the hour:
- Passport scan showing the front page and the back cover, valid for at least six months. A missing back cover is the most common reason an application is returned, so please include both.
- One colour passport photo on a plain white background.
- Confirmed two way flight booking. We can book the flights on your behalf if needed.
- If the applicant is a minor, a birth certificate. Certain passports additionally need a national ID card copy.
Some nationalities may be asked for a six month bank statement, and where that applies to a Ireland passport a UAE based family member’s statement can be submitted on your behalf. UAE immigration may also ask arriving travellers to show proof of funds on entry, so carry a card or cash that demonstrates you can support your stay.
Guarantor documents
When a UAE resident applies on behalf of a Ireland visitor, we also need the sponsor’s passport copy valid for six months, residence visa page valid for six months, Emirates ID front and back, and the guarantee form completed at applyvisa.app. Where a bank statement is needed, a family sponsor’s statement may be used instead of the applicant’s; this does not extend to friends.
How Ireland citizens apply
- Share your documents with us on WhatsApp at +971 52 292 1011 or +971 4 220 2133 and we confirm which visa fits your plans.
- Make the payment through the link we send. The application goes to immigration as soon as payment clears and documents are approved.
- The application is filed and monitored by our team. Expect 24 to 72 hours for most Ireland applicants, with occasional delays or extra document requests from immigration.
- The approved visa arrives as a PDF on WhatsApp. Carry a printed or digital copy for the airline and for immigration on arrival.
How long the Dubai visa is valid
You have 60 days from the issue date to enter the UAE. The 30 or 60 day stay is measured from entry, not from issuance. Single entry means one arrival only, while multiple entry allows repeated exits and returns during the validity period, useful for side trips to Oman, Saudi Arabia or Qatar. A tourist visa does not permit employment in the UAE.
No grace period and the AED 50 daily fine
Once a visit visa expires, no extra days are granted. A fine of AED 50 applies for every day of overstay, the same flat rate across all visa types and emirates, and it starts the day after expiry. Overstays beyond 30 days additionally require an exit permit of roughly AED 250 to 300. Our team messages Ireland visitors on WhatsApp ahead of expiry so there is time to extend or leave.

Extending a Dubai visa for Ireland passport holders
The 30 day visa allows three extensions of 30 days and the 60 day visa allows two, without leaving the country. The maximum total stay is 120 days. Once you reach the maximum, you must exit and re enter, either through an airport to airport visa change or by bus to Oman. Extensions are only accepted before expiry, so message us while you still have a week or more left.
Another route for Ireland passports
An alternative is the 60 day single entry visa issued through Sharjah, priced at AED 1,200 without any deposit. Holders may move freely across all seven emirates. We can tell you on WhatsApp which of the two is the better fit for Ireland applicants.
Common reasons a Dubai visa is delayed or refused
- No back cover scan. Send it together with the front page.
- Short passport validity, which leads to refusal.
- Low resolution photos of documents, which immigration may reject.
- Past visa problems in the UAE. We assess these before submission so that you are not surprised by a refusal.
- Single name passports. If your Ireland passport shows only one name and no supporting document shows a full name, the visa cannot be processed, so contact us before paying.
- Booking flights before the visa is approved without allowing enough processing time.
Ireland passport Dubai visa FAQ
What is the processing time?
Typically 24 to 72 hours. Immigration sets the timeline and may ask for more documents, so allow three working days or more before your flight.
Cheapest Dubai visa option?
AED 450 for single entry and AED 800 for multiple entry. Indian and Filipino passports pay AED 400 and AED 750. A refundable deposit may apply for some nationalities and is confirmed on WhatsApp.
60 day visa fee for Ireland citizens?
For Ireland passports AED 650 single entry and AED 1,000 multiple entry; Indian and Filipino citizens pay AED 600 and AED 950.
Are financial documents needed?
It depends on nationality. Some passports are asked for a six month statement, and a UAE based family member can submit theirs instead. Immigration may also ask arriving travellers for proof of funds, so carry a card or cash. Message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm the rule for Ireland passports.
Can the visa be extended?
Yes. Extensions of 30 days are available three times on a 30 day visa and twice on a 60 day visa, all from inside the UAE, up to 120 days. Once exhausted, a visa change by air or bus is needed.
What happens if I overstay by a day?
None. The AED 50 daily fine starts the day after the visa expires, with an exit permit of around AED 250 to 300 added after 30 days of overstay.
Can I get my money back on refusal?
No refund applies on refusal, since immigration retains the processing charge. You can apply again once the problem is addressed.
What about children on Ireland passports?
Yes. Children require an individual visa at the standard price. We need the passport, photo and birth certificate for each minor.
Can I look for a job on this visa?
No. The visa is for visiting only. Taking up work requires an employment visa arranged by a UAE employer.
