Travellers from Russia who need a Dubai visa can get a 30 or 60 day UAE tourist visa from us in single or multiple entry, and the approval normally takes between 24 and 72 hours. Fees begin at AED 450, the document list is short, and the whole application runs on WhatsApp with our team in Dubai. Here is everything a Russia traveller needs to know: cost, paperwork, timing, validity and what happens when the visa is about to expire.
In short: Russia passport holders pay AED 450 for a 30 day single entry Dubai visa, AED 650 for 60 days single entry, AED 800 for 30 days multiple entry and AED 1,000 for 60 days multiple entry. Approval takes 24 to 72 hours and entry must happen within 60 days of issue.
Planning your Dubai trip? Let White Sky handle it.

Russia passport and UAE entry rules
The majority of passports require a visa arranged in advance, which is the service described on this page. A limited number of passports receive a visa on arrival at UAE airports, and the list changes from time to time. To be certain about the current rule for Russia citizens, WhatsApp us your passport page and we will check it at no cost.
What a Dubai visa costs from Dubai
Current Dubai visa pricing for Russia citizens, verified September 2026:
- Single entry 30 day visa: AED 450
- Single entry 60 day visa: AED 650
- 30 days, multiple entry: AED 800
- Multiple entry 60 day visa: AED 1,000
Thirty days is the minimum tourist visa length, and nothing shorter exists in this category. Fees are not refundable on rejection, since the government charge is paid the moment the application is lodged.
Security deposits explained
Some passports are asked for a refundable security deposit. This is independent of the visa cost, refunded once you depart the UAE, and we tell Russia applicants in advance whether one applies.
Instalment plans for UAE residents
Residents of the UAE booking for Russia visitors can use Tabby for up to 12 months, Tamara with extendable repayment, or a UAE credit card with 3, 6, 9 or 12 month terms set by the card issuer. Everyone else is sent a secure payment link online.

Paperwork for a Dubai visa
Message us these items on WhatsApp and we will normally confirm your eligibility within an hour:
- Front page and back cover of the passport, six months validity minimum. Applications are most frequently sent back because the back cover was left out.
- One colour passport photo on a plain white background.
- Confirmed two way flight booking. We can book the flights on your behalf if needed.
- For minors, a birth certificate. For a few nationalities, a copy of the national ID card is also required.
Depending on nationality, a six month bank statement may be requested. If that applies to Russia applicants, a UAE resident family member can provide theirs instead. On arrival, immigration may request evidence of funds, so have a bank card or cash to hand.
If a UAE resident is sponsoring you
For sponsored applications the UAE resident supplies a passport copy and residence visa page valid for six months, both sides of their Emirates ID, and the online guarantee form at applyvisa.app. A family member’s UAE bank statement can replace the visitor’s statement if one is required, though friends cannot substitute theirs.
Getting your Dubai visa in four steps
- Share your documents with us on WhatsApp at +971 52 292 1011 or +971 4 220 2133 and we confirm which visa fits your plans.
- Settle the fee by secure link or instalments. Submission to immigration follows verification and payment.
- The application is filed and monitored by our team. Expect 24 to 72 hours for most Russia applicants, with occasional delays or extra document requests from immigration.
- You receive the approved visa as a PDF on WhatsApp. Print a copy or keep it on your phone and present it with your passport at check in and on arrival.
Validity, entry and stay rules for Russia visitors
You have 60 days from the issue date to enter the UAE. The stay period, 30 or 60 days, starts counting from your arrival date. Single entry means one arrival only, while multiple entry allows repeated exits and returns during the validity period, useful for side trips to Oman, Saudi Arabia or Qatar. Working on a tourist visa is not allowed.
Overstay rules in 2026
There is no grace period on a UAE tourist visa. The overstay fine is AED 50 per day, applied uniformly across every emirate and visa category, from the first day past expiry. Anyone who overstays by more than 30 days also needs an exit permit, typically AED 250 to 300, before leaving. We remind Russia travellers on WhatsApp before the expiry date, giving you time to act.

Staying longer than 30 or 60 days
A 30 day visa can be extended three times for 30 days each, and a 60 day visa twice for 30 days each, with no exit required. Combined stay is capped at 120 days. After the limit, the only way to stay on is to leave and come back on a new visa, by air through an airport to airport change or by bus via Oman. You must apply before the visa runs out; we recommend contacting us with at least seven days to spare.
Another route for Russia passports
We can also issue a Sharjah 60 day single entry visa for AED 1,200, which requires no security deposit. Holders may move freely across all seven emirates. We can tell you on WhatsApp which of the two is the better fit for Russia applicants.
Why applications get held up
- Back cover not sent. It is the most common omission, so attach it from the start.
- Short passport validity, which leads to refusal.
- Poor quality scans. Make sure the whole page is visible and readable.
- Undisclosed immigration history. Old fines or bans affect approval, so share them with us upfront.
- Single name passports. If your Russia passport shows only one name and no supporting document shows a full name, the visa cannot be processed, so contact us before paying.
- Booking flights before the visa is approved without allowing enough processing time.
Answers for Russia citizens
What is the processing time?
Most applications are approved within 24 to 72 hours. Processing time is decided by immigration and can be longer if additional documents are requested, so apply at least three working days before travel.
What does the 30 day visa cost?
The 30 day visa is AED 450 single entry or AED 800 multiple entry, with Indian and Filipino passports at AED 400 and AED 750. Some nationalities may also need a refundable deposit.
How much is a 60 day Dubai visa for Russia passport holders?
For Russia passports AED 650 single entry and AED 1,000 multiple entry; Indian and Filipino citizens pay AED 600 and AED 950.
Do I need to show a bank statement?
Only for certain nationalities. A UAE resident family member’s statement is accepted in those cases. Regardless, carry a card or cash on arrival in case immigration asks for proof of funds. WhatsApp us to check the rule for Russia.
What if I want to stay longer?
Yes. Extensions of 30 days are available three times on a 30 day visa and twice on a 60 day visa, all from inside the UAE, up to 120 days. Once exhausted, a visa change by air or bus is needed.
When do fines start?
None. The AED 50 daily fine starts the day after the visa expires, with an exit permit of around AED 250 to 300 added after 30 days of overstay.
Refund policy on rejection?
The fee is not returned if the visa is refused; it covers government processing. Reapplying is possible after the cause of rejection is fixed.
Can I add my child to the application?
Yes. Children require an individual visa at the standard price. We need the passport, photo and birth certificate for each minor.
Can I work in the UAE on a Dubai visa?
Working on a tourist visa is prohibited. You can interview and explore opportunities, but employment needs a residence visa.
