Thailand passport holders can apply for a Dubai visa through White Sky Travel and receive a 30 or 60 day tourist visa, single or multiple entry, typically within one to three working days. Fees begin at AED 450, the document list is short, and the whole application runs on WhatsApp with our team in Dubai. Below you will find the price for Thailand citizens, the documents we ask for, processing times, validity rules and extension options.
Quick answer: a Dubai visa for a Thailand passport costs AED 450 for 30 days single entry, AED 650 for 60 days single entry, AED 800 for 30 days multiple entry and AED 1,000 for 60 days multiple entry. Processing takes 24 to 72 hours and the visa must be used to enter the UAE within 60 days of issue.
Planning your Dubai trip? Let White Sky handle it.
We book your attraction tickets, tours, hotels and flights — and you can pay later with Tabby, Tamara or UAE credit-card monthly instalments. Need a UAE tourist visa too? We do that in-house.
Thailand passport and UAE entry rules
Most nationalities need a prearranged visa before flying to the UAE, and that is what we issue. Some passports are stamped on arrival instead, and the list of eligible countries is updated periodically. If you are unsure whether a Thailand passport falls under visa on arrival or needs a prearranged Dubai visa, send us a photo of the passport on WhatsApp and we will confirm before you pay anything.
What a Dubai visa costs from Dubai
These are our current prices for a Dubai visa on a Thailand passport, checked in September 2026:
- Single entry 30 day visa: AED 450
- 60 days, single entry: AED 650
- 30 days, multiple entry: AED 800
- 60 days, multiple entry: AED 1,000
No tourist visa shorter than 30 days is available. All visa fees, including our service fee, are not refundable if immigration rejects the application, because the government charge is paid at submission.
A note on deposits
Certain nationalities may need to place a refundable security deposit. It is separate from the visa price above, it is refunded after the visitor exits the UAE, and we will confirm on WhatsApp whether it applies to Thailand passports and how much it is.
Pay in monthly instalments
If you live in the UAE and are sponsoring a relative or friend holding a Thailand passport, the fee can be paid through Tabby over up to 12 months, Tamara on extendable terms, or a UAE credit card in 3, 6, 9 or 12 monthly instalments subject to your bank. Everyone else is sent a secure payment link online.

Paperwork for a Dubai visa
Send these on WhatsApp and we can usually confirm eligibility within the hour:
- A clear scan of your Thailand passport, both the data page and the back cover, with at least six months validity. Missing back covers cause most resubmissions.
- A colour passport size photo on a white background, without glasses.
- A two way air ticket. If you have not booked flights yet, we can book them for you.
- For minors, a birth certificate. For a few nationalities, a copy of the national ID card is also required.
Depending on nationality, a six month bank statement may be requested. If that applies to Thailand applicants, a UAE resident family member can provide theirs instead. Please also carry a card or some cash, since immigration can ask arriving visitors to show proof of funds.
Sponsor requirements
When a UAE resident applies on behalf of a Thailand visitor, we also need the sponsor’s passport copy valid for six months, residence visa page valid for six months, Emirates ID front and back, and the guarantee form completed at applyvisa.app. The sponsor’s bank statement can stand in for the applicant’s where one is required, but this applies to family members only, not friends.
How Thailand citizens apply
- Send your documents on WhatsApp to +971 52 292 1011 or +971 4 220 2133. We check them the same day and tell you which visa suits your travel dates.
- Settle the fee by secure link or instalments. Submission to immigration follows verification and payment.
- We lodge the application and track it. Approval for Thailand passports usually takes 24 to 72 hours; immigration can sometimes extend this or ask for more paperwork.
- The approved visa arrives as a PDF on WhatsApp. Carry a printed or digital copy for the airline and for immigration on arrival.
Validity, entry and stay rules for Thailand visitors
You have 60 days from the issue date to enter the UAE. The 30 or 60 day stay is measured from entry, not from issuance. With single entry you may arrive once; multiple entry permits several arrivals within the validity, ideal for regional itineraries that pass through Oman, Saudi Arabia or Qatar. Working on a tourist visa is not allowed.
Why the expiry date matters
UAE visit and tourist visas have no grace period after expiry. Every day beyond expiry costs AED 50, whichever emirate issued the visa, starting immediately. Overstays beyond 30 days additionally require an exit permit of roughly AED 250 to 300. A WhatsApp reminder from us before expiry helps Thailand visitors avoid fines.

Can Thailand citizens extend the visa?
Extensions of 30 days are available three times on a 30 day visa and twice on a 60 day visa, with no exit needed. Combined stay is capped at 120 days. Once you reach the maximum, you must exit and re enter, either through an airport to airport visa change or by bus to Oman. Extensions are only accepted before expiry, so message us while you still have a week or more left.
Another route for Thailand passports
For Thailand travellers who prefer it, the Sharjah 60 day single entry visa costs AED 1,200 and carries no deposit. It is valid for the whole UAE, including Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Message us and we will compare both routes for your Thailand passport.
How to keep your application on track
- Back cover not sent. It is the most common omission, so attach it from the start.
- Less than six months on the passport. Immigration will not approve the visa in that case.
- Blurred or cropped photos. Use a clear, full colour scan with all four corners visible.
- Previous overstays, unpaid fines or improperly cancelled visas. Tell us about any past UAE history so we can advise honestly before you pay.
- Single name passports. If your Thailand passport shows only one name and no supporting document shows a full name, the visa cannot be processed, so contact us before paying.
- Last minute applications. Give us a minimum of three working days, longer around Eid and the winter peak.
Answers for Thailand citizens
When will I receive my visa?
Typically 24 to 72 hours. Immigration sets the timeline and may ask for more documents, so allow three working days or more before your flight.
What does the 30 day visa cost?
AED 450 single or AED 800 multiple entry. Indian and Filipino rates are AED 400 and AED 750. Deposits, where applicable, are confirmed before payment.
60 day visa fee for Thailand citizens?
AED 650 for single entry and AED 1,000 for multiple entry. Indian and Filipino passports pay AED 600 and AED 950.
Are financial documents needed?
Some nationalities need a six month statement, others do not. A UAE family member’s statement can be used where required. Immigration may still ask for proof of funds at the airport. Ask us on WhatsApp about Thailand passports.
Can I extend a Dubai visa without leaving the UAE?
Yes, without exit. Three extensions on a 30 day visa, two on a 60 day visa, 30 days each, capped at 120 days total. Beyond that, an exit and re entry is required. Apply before the visa expires.
What happens if I overstay by a day?
No. UAE visit and tourist visas have no grace period. A fine of AED 50 per day applies from the day after expiry, and overstays beyond 30 days also require an exit permit of about AED 250 to 300.
Is the visa fee refundable if my application is rejected?
No refund applies on refusal, since immigration retains the processing charge. You can apply again once the problem is addressed.
Can I add my child to the application?
Yes. Each child needs their own visa and pays the same fee as an adult. Send the child’s passport, photo and birth certificate on WhatsApp along with the parents’ documents.
Can I work in the UAE on a Dubai visa?
Working on a tourist visa is prohibited. You can interview and explore opportunities, but employment needs a residence visa.
