Dubai visa for Ukraine passport

Ukraine passport holders can apply for a Dubai visa through White Sky Travel and receive a 30 or 60 day tourist visa, single or multiple entry, typically within one to three working days. Do Ukraine passport holders need a Dubai visa?

Unless a passport qualifies for visa on arrival, a prearranged tourist visa is required, and that is what we provide. A limited number of passports receive a visa on arrival at UAE airports, and the list changes from time to time. What a Dubai visa costs from Dubai

Thirty days is the minimum tourist visa length, and nothing shorter exists in this category. Should immigration refuse the application, the fee is not returned, as it covers government processing.

A note on deposits

For a limited set of countries a refundable deposit is requested. The deposit sits apart from the visa fee, is returned after you leave the UAE, and we confirm the amount for Ukraine citizens on WhatsApp before booking.

Instalment plans for UAE residents

Documents required for a Dubai visa on a Ukraine passport

1. Your passport data page plus a photo of the back cover, with six months or more validity. We ask for both because the back cover is the item most often forgotten.
2. A colour passport size photo on a white background, without glasses.
3. A two way air ticket. If you have not booked flights yet, we can book them for you.
4. If the applicant is a minor, a birth certificate. Certain passports additionally need a national ID card copy.

Depending on nationality, a six month bank statement may be requested. If that applies to Ukraine applicants, a UAE resident family member can provide theirs instead. On arrival, immigration may request evidence of funds, so have a bank card or cash to hand.

Sponsor requirements

If a relative or friend living in the UAE is sponsoring a Ukraine traveller, they provide their passport copy and residence visa page, each with six months validity, Emirates ID front and back, and fill in the guarantee form at applyvisa.app. A family member’s UAE bank statement can replace the visitor’s statement if one is required, though friends cannot substitute theirs.

The application process step by step

3. We lodge the application and track it. Approval for Ukraine passports usually takes 24 to 72 hours; immigration can sometimes extend this or ask for more paperwork.
4. The approved visa arrives as a PDF on WhatsApp. Carry a printed or digital copy for the airline and for immigration on arrival.

Validity and duration of stay

The visa must be used to enter the UAE within 60 days of the date of issue. Your 30 or 60 days of stay begin on the day you enter, not on the day the visa is issued. Choose single entry for a straightforward visit, or multiple entry if you plan to hop to Oman, Saudi Arabia or Qatar and come back. The visa is for visiting only and does not allow you to take up work.

Overstay rules in 2026

Once a visit visa expires, no extra days are granted. An expired visa attracts AED 50 per day in fines from day one, and the rate is the same everywhere in the UAE. If the overstay passes 30 days, an exit permit of around AED 250 to 300 is required on top of the fines. Staying longer than 30 or 60 days

The 30 day visa allows three extensions of 30 days and the 60 day visa allows two, without leaving the country. Total time in the UAE cannot exceed 120 days. When the extensions are used up, Ukraine visitors must exit and return on a fresh visa, either by a same day flight or by the Oman bus route. Apply for the extension ahead of the expiry date, ideally a week before.

An alternative issued through Sharjah

We can also issue a Sharjah 60 day single entry visa for AED 1,200, which requires no security deposit. The visa allows travel throughout the UAE, not only Sharjah. We will advise on WhatsApp whether this suits Ukraine citizens better than the standard visa.

Why applications get held up

• Leaving out the back cover, which immigration requires alongside the data page.
• A passport expiring within six months of travel.
• Low resolution photos of documents, which immigration may reject.
• Previous overstays, unpaid fines or improperly cancelled visas. Tell us about any past UAE history so we can advise honestly before you pay.
• One name only on the passport without a supporting document; message us first if this applies to you.
• Applying too close to the travel date. Allow at least three working days, more during Eid and December.

Usually one to three working days. The decision rests with immigration, and delays are possible, so do not book non changeable flights until the visa is issued.

How much is a 30 day Dubai visa for Ukraine citizens?

AED 450 single or AED 800 multiple entry. Indian and Filipino rates are AED 400 and AED 750. Deposits, where applicable, are confirmed before payment.

Price of a two month visa?

AED 650 for single entry and AED 1,000 for multiple entry. Indian and Filipino passports pay AED 600 and AED 950.

Will immigration ask for proof of funds?

It depends on nationality. Some passports are asked for a six month statement, and a UAE based family member can submit theirs instead. What if I want to stay longer?

It can be extended in country: three times for a 30 day visa, twice for a 60 day visa, 30 days each, with a 120 day ceiling. After that, exit and re enter on a new visa.

What happens if I overstay by a day?

No grace days exist. Overstaying costs AED 50 per day from day one, plus an exit permit of approximately AED 250 to 300 once the overstay passes 30 days.

Refund policy on rejection?

The fee is not returned if the visa is refused; it covers government processing. Reapplying is possible after the cause of rejection is fixed.

Can I add my child to the application?

Yes. Children require an individual visa at the standard price. We need the passport, photo and birth certificate for each minor.

Can I look for a job on this visa?

No. A tourist visa does not permit employment. You may attend interviews and visit, but working requires a residence visa sponsored by an employer.
