- Apply for your Visa extension with White Sky Travel
For travellers from Belize, the Visa extension is the simplest way to stay longer: no airport, no bus, just a 30 day extension processed while you remain in the UAE. At White Sky Travel a 30 day extension is AED 1,200, processed in around two to three working days, with every step on WhatsApp. This page explains who qualifies, what a Belize passport holder pays, how many times you can extend, the deadline to apply, and what happens once you reach the 120 day limit.
Quick answer: a Visa extension for a Belize passport costs AED 1,200 per 30 days and is processed inside the UAE in two to three working days. A 30 day visa can be extended three times and a 60 day visa twice, up to a total stay of 120 days. Apply at least five to seven days before expiry, and note that the extension must be processed by the agency that issued the original visa.
Planning your Dubai trip? Let White Sky handle it.
We book your attraction tickets, tours, hotels and flights — and you can pay later with Tabby, Tamara or UAE credit-card monthly instalments. Need a UAE tourist visa too? We do that in-house.
How an in country UAE visa extension works
A Visa extension without exit is an extension of your existing visit visa, not a new visa. The request goes to immigration under the account that issued the visa, and approval extends the expiry date linked to your Belize passport. No flight, no bus and no border: you remain where you are and receive the approval on WhatsApp.
This is different from an airport to airport visa change or a visa change by bus to Oman, both of which involve leaving the UAE and returning on a completely new tourist visa. For Belize visitors who still qualify, the extension is the cheapest and least disruptive option, and it is the one we recommend first.
Who qualifies
Eligibility for a Visa extension depends on three things: the visa you hold, how many extensions you have already used, and which agency issued the visa. Send us a copy of your current visa on WhatsApp and we will confirm within the hour whether a Belize passport can be extended, or whether an exit route is the better option.
- Visit and tourist visa holders on a 30 day or 60 day visa issued through a travel agency. A 30 day visa can be extended three times and a 60 day visa twice, each by 30 days.
- Travellers who will remain within the 120 day ceiling after the extension is added.
- Visitors whose visa we issued. Immigration processes extensions through the original issuer’s account, so another agency cannot extend a visa we did not issue, and we cannot extend a visa issued elsewhere.
If we did not issue your visa, the original agency can extend it, or we can reset you on a new 60 day visa through an airport to airport change (AED 1,550) or the bus to Oman (from AED 1,000). Arrival stamps and residency visas are not extendable through an agency.

Belize passport Visa extension price
Each 30 day extension costs AED 1,200, and unlike a new visa the fee does not change by nationality, so Belize passports pay the standard rate.
- 1 month extension inside the UAE: AED 1,200
- Sixty days of extension: AED 2,400, applied as two 30 day steps
The charge covers immigration and processing costs and is not refundable if the extension is refused. Fines for overstaying are paid directly to immigration and sit outside the extension price. A Belize visitor needing 30 days should extend; one needing 60 days after the limit should look at the exit routes.
Pay in monthly instalments
Residents of the UAE booking for Belize visitors can use Tabby for up to 12 months, Tamara with extendable repayment, or a UAE credit card with 3, 6, 9 or 12 month terms set by the card issuer. All other applicants receive a secure online payment link. Group applications for a family are processed as one, with the total eligible for instalments.
What Belize citizens need to send us
Since immigration already has your file from the original visa, an extension needs only a few items. WhatsApp us:
- A clear copy of your Belize passport, valid for at least six months.
- A white background colour photo in passport format, without eyewear.
- Your existing visa PDF, which tells us the entry date, expiry and extension count.
Bank statements, hotel confirmations and return tickets are not part of the extension application. Immigration can request further documents at its discretion, and we pass any such request on to Belize travellers without delay.
The application process step by step
- WhatsApp your documents to +971 52 292 1011 or +971 4 220 2133 a week before expiry. We verify the dates and confirm whether a Belize passport can be extended.
- Complete payment through the link or instalment option we provide. We file the extension once payment clears.
- The extension is filed and monitored by our team. Expect two to three working days for most Belize applicants, subject to immigration’s discretion.
- Once approved, we send the extension PDF on WhatsApp. It shows the new expiry date and should travel with your passport.
Do not wait until the last day
Applications are only accepted while the visa is still valid. Once it expires, extension is no longer possible. With two to three working days of processing and no weekend service, a five to seven day lead time protects Belize visitors from missing the deadline. For consecutive extensions, submit each new request a few days before the previous extension expires and track your cumulative stay against the 120 day limit.
What happens if you miss the deadline
Once a visit visa expires, no extra days are granted. A fine of AED 50 applies for every day of overstay, the same flat rate across all visa types and emirates, and it starts the day after expiry. Anyone who overstays by more than 30 days also needs an exit permit, typically AED 250 to 300, before leaving. Once expired, the visa cannot be extended. You settle the fine and use an exit route, airport to airport or bus, which we organise for Belize travellers.

When extension is no longer possible
The 120 day ceiling is absolute; after it, every Belize visitor has to exit. The choices are an airport to airport change (AED 1,550, same day, flydubai), the Oman bus route (from AED 1,000, about a day), going home and applying afresh, or moving to a residence visa where a sponsor exists. Both exit routes issue a new 60 day tourist visa regardless of which agency issued the original, and we arrange either on WhatsApp.
How to keep your application on track
- Waiting until expiry day, which leaves no room for processing time.
- Approaching a different agency. The same agency rule means we can only extend visas we issued; for others, use an exit route.
- Losing track of cumulative days. The 120 day cap runs from first entry, including every extension.
- Passport validity under six months. Immigration will not extend a visa on a passport close to expiry.
- Applying with an arrival stamp or residency, which cannot be extended through an agency.
Questions Belize travellers ask us
Is extension without exit possible for Belize citizens?
Yes, without leaving the country. The conditions are an agency issued 30 or 60 day visa, extensions still available, a total stay under 120 days, and processing through the issuing agency.
What are the UAE visit visa extension fees?
The extension fee is AED 1,200 for 30 days and AED 2,400 for 60 days (two back to back extensions), identical for all passports including Belize.
How long does a Visa extension take?
Expect two to three working days for a Belize passport, with a buffer for weekends and holidays.
How many extensions are allowed?
The limit is 120 days in total: three 30 day extensions on a 30 day visa, or two on a 60 day visa.
What if my visa came from a different agency?
Extensions go through the issuer’s account, so a visa from another agency must be extended by them. Alternatively, we arrange an airport to airport change or the Oman bus, neither of which depends on who issued the first visa.
Can I stay a few days after expiry?
None. The AED 50 daily fine starts the day after the visa expires, with an exit permit of around AED 250 to 300 added after 30 days of overstay.
What about family members on Belize passports?
Yes. We process extensions for spouses, children and other family members together, and UAE residents booking for family can split the combined total across Tabby, Tamara or a UAE credit card plan.
What if my extension is refused?
Refusals are rare when the eligibility rules are met. If immigration declines, the fee is not refundable because the government charge is paid at submission, and you would need to exit before expiry through an airport to airport change or the bus to Oman. We check eligibility carefully before you pay to keep this risk low.
