Visa extension without exit for Georgia passport holders

If you hold a Georgia passport and your UAE visit visa is running out, a Visa extension lets you stay another 30 days without leaving the country. At White Sky Travel a 30 day extension is AED 1,200, processed in around two to three working days, with every step on WhatsApp. Below you will find eligibility, pricing for Georgia citizens, the extension limits, the application deadline and your options after 120 days.

In short: Georgia passport holders pay AED 1,200 for each 30 day Visa extension, approved in two to three working days without leaving the country. Three extensions on a 30 day visa, two on a 60 day visa, 120 days maximum. Apply five to seven days before expiry through the agency that issued your visa.

Planning your Dubai trip? Let White Sky handle it.

We book your attraction tickets, tours, hotels and flights — and you can pay later with Tabby, Tamara or UAE credit-card monthly instalments. Need a UAE tourist visa too? We do that in-house.

How an in country UAE visa extension works

A Visa extension without exit is an extension of your existing visit visa, not a new visa. We file the extension through the issuing account, and immigration updates the expiry date on your Georgia passport record. There is no travel involved: you stay in the UAE, keep your accommodation and wait for the approval on WhatsApp.

This is different from an airport to airport visa change or a visa change by bus to Oman, both of which involve leaving the UAE and returning on a completely new tourist visa. If a Georgia passport holder is still eligible, the extension is cheaper and simpler than any exit route, so it is always our first suggestion.

Who qualifies

Three factors decide whether a Georgia passport holder can extend: the visa type, the number of extensions already taken, and the issuing agency. Send us a copy of your current visa on WhatsApp and we will confirm within the hour whether a Georgia passport can be extended, or whether an exit route is the better option.

  • Tourist visa holders with extensions remaining: up to three on a 30 day visa and up to two on a 60 day visa.
  • Applicants whose total stay, including the new extension, will not exceed 120 days from the original entry date.
  • Holders of a visa issued by us. The UAE system routes extension requests through the issuing agency, which is why the same agency rule applies.

Where another agency issued the visa, either contact them for the extension or book an exit route with us: airport to airport at AED 1,550 or the Oman bus from AED 1,000, both of which issue a new 60 day visa whatever the original source. Visas issued on arrival and residence visas cannot be extended through this service.

UAE visit visa extension charges for Georgia citizens

The Visa extension fee is AED 1,200 per 30 day extension, and the price is the same for every nationality, including Georgia.

  • One month visa extension: AED 1,200 for 30 days
  • 2 month extension: AED 2,400, issued as two separate 30 day approvals

The AED 1,200 includes the immigration fee and our service. It cannot be refunded on refusal, since the government charge is paid when the application is lodged. Any overstay fine is settled separately with immigration and is not included in the AED 1,200. For 30 extra days the extension is cheaper and simpler than any exit route; for a full 60 days with no extensions remaining, the airport to airport change or the bus route becomes the better buy for Georgia travellers.

Instalment plans for UAE residents

For UAE residents applying on behalf of Georgia family or friends, the AED 1,200 can be spread with Tabby up to 12 months, Tamara on extendable terms, or a UAE credit card over 3, 6, 9 or 12 months according to the bank. Everyone else is sent a secure payment link online. When several family members extend at once, we process them together and the total can be paid on the same plan.

What Georgia citizens need to send us

Because your record already exists with immigration, we only need the following on WhatsApp:

  1. Your Georgia passport data page, with six months or more validity remaining.
  2. A recent colour photograph, white background, passport dimensions, no glasses.
  3. The current visa copy, which we use to check the expiry date and remaining extensions.

Bank statements, hotel confirmations and return tickets are not part of the extension application. Should immigration want anything more for a Georgia passport, we will contact you on WhatsApp at once.

How Georgia citizens apply

  1. Message +971 52 292 1011 or +971 4 220 2133 on WhatsApp five to seven days ahead of expiry with your documents. We review them and confirm eligibility within hours.
  2. Make the payment through the link we send. We submit as soon as it is confirmed.
  3. The extension is filed and monitored by our team. Expect two to three working days for most Georgia applicants, subject to immigration’s discretion.
  4. The approved extension arrives as a PDF on WhatsApp with the updated expiry. Store it alongside your passport.

Do not wait until the last day

An extension is only possible on a live visa, which is why the expiry date is the hard deadline. Because approval takes two to three working days and government offices close at weekends and on public holidays, Georgia passport holders should message us five to seven days before expiry. For consecutive extensions, submit each new request a few days before the previous extension expires and track your cumulative stay against the 120 day limit.

What happens if you miss the deadline

Visitors do not receive any grace days after the expiry date. A fine of AED 50 applies for every day of overstay, the same flat rate across all visa types and emirates, and it starts the day after expiry. Anyone who overstays by more than 30 days also needs an exit permit, typically AED 250 to 300, before leaving. If your visa has already expired, extension is off the table; the practical route is to pay the fine and exit through an airport to airport change or the bus to Oman, and we can arrange either.

What to do after the maximum extensions

The 120 day ceiling is absolute; after it, every Georgia visitor has to exit. The choices are an airport to airport change (AED 1,550, same day, flydubai), the Oman bus route (from AED 1,000, about a day), going home and applying afresh, or moving to a residence visa where a sponsor exists. The two exit routes each provide a fresh 60 day visa whoever issued the first one, and we organise both.

Common problems for Georgia applicants and how we prevent them

  • Waiting until expiry day, which leaves no room for processing time.
  • Approaching a different agency. The same agency rule means we can only extend visas we issued; for others, use an exit route.
  • Forgetting that extensions add to the original stay rather than replacing it.
  • Passport validity under six months. Immigration will not extend a visa on a passport close to expiry.
  • Applying with an arrival stamp or residency, which cannot be extended through an agency.

Georgia passport Visa extension FAQ

Can I extend my UAE visit visa without exiting on a Georgia passport?

Yes. Agency issued 30 day and 60 day visit visas can be extended from inside the UAE without leaving, provided you still have extensions remaining, your total stay will not exceed 120 days, and the application goes through the agency that issued the visa.

How much does a Visa extension cost for Georgia citizens?

AED 1,200 per 30 day extension, the same for every nationality including Georgia. A two month extension is AED 2,400, processed as two consecutive 30 day extensions.

What is the processing time?

Expect two to three working days for a Georgia passport, with a buffer for weekends and holidays.

How many times can a Georgia citizen extend a UAE tourist visa?

Three extensions on a 30 day visa, two on a 60 day visa, 30 days each. Total stay cannot exceed 120 days from the original entry.

Who can process my extension?

No. In country extensions can only be processed by the agency that issued the original visa, because immigration handles the request through the issuer’s account. If another agency issued your visa, contact them, or use an exit route with us: an airport to airport change at AED 1,550 or the bus to Oman from AED 1,000, both giving a new 60 day visa.

When do fines start?

No. UAE visit and tourist visas have no grace period. A fine of AED 50 per day applies from the day after expiry, and overstays beyond 30 days also require an exit permit of about AED 250 to 300.

What about family members on Georgia passports?

Yes. We process extensions for spouses, children and other family members together, and UAE residents booking for family can split the combined total across Tabby, Tamara or a UAE credit card plan.

Is the fee refundable on rejection?

Immigration can decline at its discretion, though it seldom does for eligible Georgia applicants. The fee is not returned on refusal, and an exit route becomes necessary before expiry.
