- Apply for your Visa extension with White Sky Travel
If you hold a Lithuania passport and your UAE visit visa is running out, a Visa extension lets you stay another 30 days without leaving the country. We process the extension for AED 1,200 per 30 day block, usually within two to three working days, and the whole application runs on WhatsApp. Read on for the rules that apply to Lithuania passports: cost, number of extensions, timing, documents and the exit routes once the maximum is reached.
The essentials for Lithuania citizens: AED 1,200 per 30 day extension, no exit required, two to three working days processing, a 120 day ceiling on total stay, and a five to seven day lead time before expiry. Only the issuing agency can process it.
Planning your Dubai trip? Let White Sky handle it.
We book your attraction tickets, tours, hotels and flights — and you can pay later with Tabby, Tamara or UAE credit-card monthly instalments. Need a UAE tourist visa too? We do that in-house.
Visa extension explained for Lithuania travellers
A Visa extension without exit is an extension of your existing visit visa, not a new visa. Immigration processes the extension under the original issuer’s account and records the new expiry against your Lithuania passport. Nothing physical happens on your side; you continue your visit and we send the approved extension on WhatsApp.
Visa change by air or by bus means exiting and re entering on a new visa; a Visa extension avoids the exit altogether. If a Lithuania passport holder is still eligible, the extension is cheaper and simpler than any exit route, so it is always our first suggestion.
Who qualifies
A Visa extension is available when the visa type allows it, the extension count has not been exhausted, and the application goes through the original issuer. WhatsApp us your visa copy and we will tell you straight away if an extension is possible for a Lithuania passport or if you need a visa change instead.
- Tourist visa holders with extensions remaining: up to three on a 30 day visa and up to two on a 60 day visa.
- Anyone whose combined stay stays under 120 days once the extension is counted.
- Applicants whose original visa was issued by White Sky Travel. In country extensions can only be processed by the agency that issued the visa, because immigration handles the request through the issuer’s account.
If we did not issue your visa, the original agency can extend it, or we can reset you on a new 60 day visa through an airport to airport change (AED 1,550) or the bus to Oman (from AED 1,000). Arrival stamps and residency visas are not extendable through an agency.

Lithuania passport Visa extension price
A 30 day extension is AED 1,200 for all passports, Lithuania included; there is no nationality based pricing on extensions.
- 1 month extension inside the UAE: AED 1,200
- Sixty days of extension: AED 2,400, applied as two 30 day steps
The fee covers the government charge and our processing, and it is not refundable if immigration declines the extension, because the government fee is paid at submission. Fines for overstaying are paid directly to immigration and sit outside the extension price. If you only need a month, extend; if you need two months and have run out of extensions, a new visa by air or bus is the better route for a Lithuania passport.
Instalment plans for UAE residents
For UAE residents applying on behalf of Lithuania family or friends, the AED 1,200 can be spread with Tabby up to 12 months, Tamara on extendable terms, or a UAE credit card over 3, 6, 9 or 12 months according to the bank. Everyone else is sent a secure payment link online. When several family members extend at once, we process them together and the total can be paid on the same plan.
Paperwork for a Visa extension
The document list for an extension is short, because immigration already holds your details from the original visa. Send these on WhatsApp:
- Passport copy showing at least six months validity.
- A colour passport size photo on a white background, without glasses.
- A copy of your current UAE visit visa, so we can confirm the issue date, the expiry date and how many extensions have already been used.
You will not be asked for financial documents, a hotel booking or a ticket to extend. Immigration can request further documents at its discretion, and we pass any such request on to Lithuania travellers without delay.
The application process step by step
- Message +971 52 292 1011 or +971 4 220 2133 on WhatsApp five to seven days ahead of expiry with your documents. We review them and confirm eligibility within hours.
- Make the payment through the link we send. We submit as soon as it is confirmed.
- We submit the extension to immigration and keep you updated. Most Lithuania applications are approved within two to three working days, though immigration may occasionally take longer.
- Once approved, we send the extension PDF on WhatsApp. It shows the new expiry date and should travel with your passport.
Timing your Visa extension
An extension is only possible on a live visa, which is why the expiry date is the hard deadline. Because approval takes two to three working days and government offices close at weekends and on public holidays, Lithuania passport holders should message us five to seven days before expiry. If you plan to extend more than once, apply for the next extension a few days before the current one ends, and keep an eye on the 120 day total.
Why the expiry date is final
UAE visit and tourist visas have no grace period after expiry. The overstay fine is AED 50 per day, applied uniformly across every emirate and visa category, from the first day past expiry. After 30 days of overstay, an exit permit costing about AED 250 to 300 becomes necessary as well. An expired visa means a visa change rather than an extension: pay the fine, then exit by air or bus with us and return on a new visa.

When extension is no longer possible
At 120 days total, Lithuania passport holders must leave the UAE. Four options follow: airport to airport at AED 1,550 and back the same day, the bus to Oman from AED 1,000 taking roughly a day, a return home before a new visa, or a residence visa through an employer or family member. Both exit routes issue a new 60 day tourist visa regardless of which agency issued the original, and we arrange either on WhatsApp.
How to keep your application on track
- Leaving it to the last day. An expired visa cannot be extended, so allow a week.
- Not knowing who issued the visa. Ask the person who arranged it, since the extension has to go through that agency.
- Losing track of cumulative days. The 120 day cap runs from first entry, including every extension.
- Less than six months on the passport, which blocks the extension.
- Trying to extend a visa on arrival or a residence visa. This service covers agency issued visit visas only; other permits need a different route.
Frequently asked questions about Visa extension for Lithuania passport
Can Lithuania passport holders extend in country?
Yes. Agency issued 30 day and 60 day visit visas can be extended from inside the UAE without leaving, provided you still have extensions remaining, your total stay will not exceed 120 days, and the application goes through the agency that issued the visa.
What are the UAE visit visa extension fees?
AED 1,200 per 30 day extension, the same for every nationality including Lithuania. A two month extension is AED 2,400, processed as two consecutive 30 day extensions.
When will I receive the extension?
Most extensions are approved within two to three working days. Weekends and public holidays are not counted, and immigration may occasionally take longer, so apply five to seven days before expiry.
Can I extend my 30 day visa more than once?
A 30 day visa can be extended three times and a 60 day visa twice, each by 30 days. The maximum continuous stay on any UAE tourist visa is 120 days, after which exit is mandatory.
Does the same agency rule apply to Lithuania passports?
The same agency rule applies to every nationality, Lithuania included. If we did not issue the visa, we cannot extend it, but we can reset you on a new 60 day visa by air (AED 1,550) or bus (from AED 1,000).
How many days can I stay after the visa ends?
There is no grace period. Fines of AED 50 per day begin immediately after expiry, and an exit permit costing roughly AED 250 to 300 is needed if the overstay exceeds 30 days.
Can I extend visas for my family together?
Yes. Each family member pays AED 1,200 per extension, we file them together, and the total can be spread over instalments for UAE resident sponsors.
Can immigration decline an extension?
Rejection is uncommon for eligible applications. Fees are not refunded on refusal, since immigration retains the charge, and the fallback is an exit route before the visa expires. Our pre check is designed to catch problems early.
