For travellers from Senegal, the Visa extension is the simplest way to stay longer: no airport, no bus, just a 30 day extension processed while you remain in the UAE. We process the extension for AED 1,200 per 30 day block, usually within two to three working days, and the whole application runs on WhatsApp. Here is everything a Senegal traveller needs to know before applying: fees, limits, deadlines, paperwork and the alternatives when extension is no longer possible.
Quick answer: a Visa extension for a Senegal passport costs AED 1,200 per 30 days and is processed inside the UAE in two to three working days. A 30 day visa can be extended three times and a 60 day visa twice, up to a total stay of 120 days. Apply at least five to seven days before expiry, and note that the extension must be processed by the agency that issued the original visa.

The meaning of Visa extension for Senegal passport holders
A Visa extension is an extension of the current permit; the visa number stays the same and the expiry date moves forward by 30 days. The application is submitted to immigration through the same agency account that issued your original visa, and once approved the new expiry date is recorded against your Senegal passport. You do not leave the country at any point; the approval arrives on WhatsApp while you carry on with your stay.
The exit routes, airport to airport and bus to Oman, issue a brand new visa after you leave; an extension does not require leaving at all. For Senegal visitors who still qualify, the extension is the cheapest and least disruptive option, and it is the one we recommend first.
Who qualifies
A Visa extension is available when the visa type allows it, the extension count has not been exhausted, and the application goes through the original issuer. We check the position for Senegal passports on WhatsApp and advise the right route: extension, airport to airport or bus.
- Anyone on a 30 day or 60 day tourist visa issued by an agency: three extensions for the 30 day visa, two for the 60 day visa, 30 days each time.
- Applicants whose total stay, including the new extension, will not exceed 120 days from the original entry date.
- Applicants whose original visa was issued by White Sky Travel. In country extensions can only be processed by the agency that issued the visa, because immigration handles the request through the issuer’s account.
If we did not issue your visa, the original agency can extend it, or we can reset you on a new 60 day visa through an airport to airport change (AED 1,550) or the bus to Oman (from AED 1,000). Arrival stamps and residency visas are not extendable through an agency.

UAE visit visa extension charges for Senegal citizens
The Visa extension fee is AED 1,200 per 30 day extension, and the price is the same for every nationality, including Senegal.
- One month visa extension: AED 1,200 for 30 days
- 2 month extension: AED 2,400, issued as two separate 30 day approvals
The charge covers immigration and processing costs and is not refundable if the extension is refused. Any overstay fine is settled separately with immigration and is not included in the AED 1,200. A Senegal visitor needing 30 days should extend; one needing 60 days after the limit should look at the exit routes.
Instalment plans for UAE residents
If you live in the UAE and are sponsoring a relative or friend holding a Senegal passport, the extension fee can be paid through Tabby over up to 12 months, Tamara on extendable terms, or a UAE credit card in 3, 6, 9 or 12 monthly instalments subject to your bank. Other travellers pay by a secure online payment link that we send on WhatsApp. When several family members extend at once, we process them together and the total can be paid on the same plan.
Documents required for a Visa extension on a Senegal passport
Because your record already exists with immigration, we only need the following on WhatsApp:
- A clear copy of your Senegal passport, valid for at least six months.
- One colour passport photo on a plain white background.
- The current visa copy, which we use to check the expiry date and remaining extensions.
You will not be asked for financial documents, a hotel booking or a ticket to extend. Should immigration want anything more for a Senegal passport, we will contact you on WhatsApp at once.
The application process step by step
- Share your documents with us on WhatsApp at +971 52 292 1011 or +971 4 220 2133 with at least five to seven days remaining, and we confirm the same day.
- Complete payment through the link or instalment option we provide. We file the extension once payment clears.
- We submit the extension to immigration and keep you updated. Most Senegal applications are approved within two to three working days, though immigration may occasionally take longer.
- We forward the extension PDF on WhatsApp; the new expiry date is on it, so keep it handy.
Do not wait until the last day
Immigration will not extend a visa that has already lapsed, so the request has to be in before the expiry date. Allow five to seven days: two to three working days for processing, plus a buffer for weekends and holidays. When chaining extensions, start each one a few days early and count your total days from the original entry.
Overstay rules in 2026
There is no grace period on a UAE visit visa. An expired visa attracts AED 50 per day in fines from day one, and the rate is the same everywhere in the UAE. Overstays beyond 30 days additionally require an exit permit of roughly AED 250 to 300. An expired visa means a visa change rather than an extension: pay the fine, then exit by air or bus with us and return on a new visa.

When extension is no longer possible
When the extensions are exhausted and 120 days are up, leaving the country is required. The choices are an airport to airport change (AED 1,550, same day, flydubai), the Oman bus route (from AED 1,000, about a day), going home and applying afresh, or moving to a residence visa where a sponsor exists. Both exit routes issue a new 60 day tourist visa regardless of which agency issued the original, and we arrange either on WhatsApp.
Common problems for Senegal applicants and how we prevent them
- Applying too late. Extensions cannot be filed after expiry, so contact us five to seven days ahead.
- Expecting a third party to extend a visa it did not issue, which the system does not allow.
- Miscounting the 120 days. Total stay is counted from the original entry date, not from the last extension, so keep a running tally.
- Short passport validity, which leads to refusal.
- Expecting an on arrival stamp to be extendable. It is not; a visa change is required instead.
Frequently asked questions about Visa extension for Senegal passport
Do I have to leave the UAE to extend?
You can. Senegal passport holders on an agency issued 30 or 60 day visa extend in country as long as extensions remain, the 120 day limit is respected, and the issuing agency files the request.
How much does a Visa extension cost for Senegal citizens?
AED 1,200 for a 30 day extension and AED 2,400 for 60 days, with no nationality surcharge for Senegal citizens.
What is the processing time?
Typically two to three working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Immigration can take longer in some cases, which is why a five to seven day lead time is recommended.
How many extensions are allowed?
A 30 day visa can be extended three times and a 60 day visa twice, each by 30 days. The maximum continuous stay on any UAE tourist visa is 120 days, after which exit is mandatory.
Can I extend a visa issued by another agency?
The same agency rule applies to every nationality, Senegal included. If we did not issue the visa, we cannot extend it, but we can reset you on a new 60 day visa by air (AED 1,550) or bus (from AED 1,000).
How many days can I stay after the visa ends?
No. UAE visit and tourist visas have no grace period. A fine of AED 50 per day applies from the day after expiry, and overstays beyond 30 days also require an exit permit of about AED 250 to 300.
What about family members on Senegal passports?
Yes. Each family member pays AED 1,200 per extension, we file them together, and the total can be spread over instalments for UAE resident sponsors.
Can immigration decline an extension?
Very few eligible extensions are refused. If yours is, the government fee cannot be refunded and you would exit via air or bus before the current visa runs out.
