A tourist visa does not permit employment in the UAE.

Why the expiry date matters

Once a visit visa expires, no extra days are granted. Every day beyond expiry costs AED 50, whichever emirate issued the visa, starting immediately. Visa extension without leaving the UAE

Thirty day visas may be extended three times by 30 days, and 60 day visas twice by 30 days, all from inside the UAE. Total time in the UAE cannot exceed 120 days. When the extensions are used up, Barbados visitors must exit and return on a fresh visa, either by a same day flight or by the Oman bus route. Extensions are only accepted before expiry, so message us while you still have a week or more left.
