Planning your Dubai trip? Let White Sky handle it.
We book your attraction tickets, tours, hotels and flights — and you can pay later with Tabby, Tamara or UAE credit-card monthly instalments. Need a UAE tourist visa too? We do that in-house.
Do Belarus passport holders need a Dubai visa?
Most nationalities need a prearranged visa before flying to the UAE, and that is what we issue. A limited number of passports receive a visa on arrival at UAE airports, and the list changes from time to time. If you are unsure whether a Belarus passport falls under visa on arrival or needs a prearranged Dubai visa, send us a photo of the passport on WhatsApp and we will confirm before you pay anything.
Dubai visa price for Belarus passport holders
Current Dubai visa pricing for Belarus citizens, verified September 2026:
- 30 days, single entry: AED 450
- 60 days, single entry: AED 650
- 30 days, multiple entry: AED 800
- Multiple entry 60 day visa: AED 1,000
The 30 day visa is the shortest tourist option the UAE offers. The visa fee is paid to immigration at submission and cannot be refunded if the application is declined.
Security deposits explained
Certain nationalities may need to place a refundable security deposit. It is not part of the prices listed, it comes back to you after your exit from the country, and we state clearly on WhatsApp whether a Belarus passport is affected.
Instalment plans for UAE residents
If you live in the UAE and are sponsoring a relative or friend holding a Belarus passport, the fee can be paid through Tabby over up to 12 months, Tamara on extendable terms, or a UAE credit card in 3, 6, 9 or 12 monthly instalments subject to your bank. Applicants who are not UAE residents pay through a secure online link.

What Belarus citizens need to send us
Message us these items on WhatsApp and we will normally confirm your eligibility within an hour:
- Front page and back cover of the passport, six months validity minimum. Applications are most frequently sent back because the back cover was left out.
- One colour passport photo on a plain white background.
- A round trip ticket, which we can also book for you if it is not yet arranged.
- For minors, a birth certificate. For a few nationalities, a copy of the national ID card is also required.
Bank statement requirements depend on nationality. Should Belarus be one of the passports that needs one, a relative in the UAE can submit their own statement for you. UAE immigration may also ask arriving travellers to show proof of funds on entry, so carry a card or cash that demonstrates you can support your stay.
If a UAE resident is sponsoring you
For sponsored applications the UAE resident supplies a passport copy and residence visa page valid for six months, both sides of their Emirates ID, and the online guarantee form at applyvisa.app. Where a bank statement is needed, a family sponsor’s statement may be used instead of the applicant’s; this does not extend to friends.
Getting your Dubai visa in four steps
- Message +971 52 292 1011 or +971 4 220 2133 on WhatsApp with your documents. We verify everything and advise on the best option for your dates.
- Settle the fee by secure link or instalments. Submission to immigration follows verification and payment.
- We lodge the application and track it. Approval for Belarus passports usually takes 24 to 72 hours; immigration can sometimes extend this or ask for more paperwork.
- We forward the visa PDF on WhatsApp. Keep it with your passport for the airline counter and arrival immigration.
Key dates to remember
The visa must be used to enter the UAE within 60 days of the date of issue. The 30 or 60 day stay is measured from entry, not from issuance. Single entry means one arrival only, while multiple entry allows repeated exits and returns during the validity period, useful for side trips to Oman, Saudi Arabia or Qatar. A tourist visa does not permit employment in the UAE.
Overstay rules in 2026
UAE visit and tourist visas have no grace period after expiry. The overstay fine is AED 50 per day, applied uniformly across every emirate and visa category, from the first day past expiry. Overstays beyond 30 days additionally require an exit permit of roughly AED 250 to 300. We send Belarus clients a reminder on WhatsApp before the visa expires so that you can extend or exit in time.

Visa extension without leaving the UAE
The 30 day visa allows three extensions of 30 days and the 60 day visa allows two, without leaving the country. The overall ceiling is 120 days of stay. Once you reach the maximum, you must exit and re enter, either through an airport to airport visa change or by bus to Oman. Extension applications must be submitted before the current visa expires, so contact us with at least a week remaining.
An alternative issued through Sharjah
For Belarus travellers who prefer it, the Sharjah 60 day single entry visa costs AED 1,200 and carries no deposit. Holders may move freely across all seven emirates. Ask us on WhatsApp which option is better for a Belarus passport.
Mistakes Belarus applicants should avoid
- Missing passport back cover. Include it with your first message to avoid resubmission.
- Less than six months on the passport. Immigration will not approve the visa in that case.
- Blurred or cropped photos. Use a clear, full colour scan with all four corners visible.
- Past visa problems in the UAE. We assess these before submission so that you are not surprised by a refusal.
- Passports bearing a single name, which require a supporting document before we can apply.
- Last minute applications. Give us a minimum of three working days, longer around Eid and the winter peak.
Belarus passport Dubai visa FAQ
How many days until approval?
Typically 24 to 72 hours. Immigration sets the timeline and may ask for more documents, so allow three working days or more before your flight.
Price of a 30 day single entry visa?
The 30 day visa is AED 450 single entry or AED 800 multiple entry, with Indian and Filipino passports at AED 400 and AED 750. Some nationalities may also need a refundable deposit.
What does the 60 day visa cost?
AED 650 single or AED 1,000 multiple entry, with the Indian and Filipino tariff at AED 600 and AED 950.
Do I need to show a bank statement?
It depends on nationality. Some passports are asked for a six month statement, and a UAE based family member can submit theirs instead. Immigration may also ask arriving travellers for proof of funds, so carry a card or cash. Message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm the rule for Belarus passports.
What if I want to stay longer?
Yes. A 30 day visa can be extended three times and a 60 day visa twice, each by 30 days, up to a total stay of 120 days, without exiting. After that you must leave and re enter through an airport to airport change or by bus. Applications must be made before expiry.
When do fines start?
No grace days exist. Overstaying costs AED 50 per day from day one, plus an exit permit of approximately AED 250 to 300 once the overstay passes 30 days.
Refund policy on rejection?
The fee is not returned if the visa is refused; it covers government processing. Reapplying is possible after the cause of rejection is fixed.
Can I add my child to the application?
Yes. Children require an individual visa at the standard price. We need the passport, photo and birth certificate for each minor.
Is working permitted?
No. A tourist visa does not permit employment. You may attend interviews and visit, but working requires a residence visa sponsored by an employer.
