Dubai visa for Croatia citizens: price, documents and process

If you hold a Croatia passport and need a Dubai visa, we can issue a 30 day or 60 day UAE tourist visa in single or multiple entry, usually within 24 to 72 hours. The 30 day visa starts at AED 450, four documents are enough for most applicants, and we handle every step on WhatsApp. This page explains what a Croatia passport holder pays, what to send, how long it takes, and how the visa can be extended once you are in the UAE.

In short: Croatia passport holders pay AED 450 for a 30 day single entry Dubai visa, AED 650 for 60 days single entry, AED 800 for 30 days multiple entry and AED 1,000 for 60 days multiple entry. Approval takes 24 to 72 hours and entry must happen within 60 days of issue.

Planning your Dubai trip? Let White Sky handle it.

We book your attraction tickets, tours, hotels and flights — and you can pay later with Tabby, Tamara or UAE credit-card monthly instalments. Need a UAE tourist visa too? We do that in-house.

Who needs a prearranged Dubai visa?

The majority of passports require a visa arranged in advance, which is the service described on this page. A shorter list of nationalities can enter with a stamp on arrival, and that list moves occasionally. If you are unsure whether a Croatia passport falls under visa on arrival or needs a prearranged Dubai visa, send us a photo of the passport on WhatsApp and we will confirm before you pay anything.

What a Dubai visa costs from Dubai

Here is the September 2026 price list for Croatia passport holders:

  • 30 days, single entry: AED 450
  • 60 day tourist visa, single entry: AED 650
  • 30 day multiple entry: AED 800
  • 60 days, multiple entry: AED 1,000

No tourist visa shorter than 30 days is available. The visa fee is paid to immigration at submission and cannot be refunded if the application is declined.

Refundable security deposit for some nationalities

Some passports are asked for a refundable security deposit. It is not part of the prices listed, it comes back to you after your exit from the country, and we state clearly on WhatsApp whether a Croatia passport is affected.

Pay in monthly instalments

UAE residents applying for a family member or friend from Croatia can split the visa fee using Tabby with up to 12 months, Tamara with extendable terms, or a UAE credit card with 3, 6, 9 or 12 month plans depending on the issuing bank. Applicants who are not UAE residents pay through a secure online link.

Paperwork for a Dubai visa

WhatsApp us the following and expect an eligibility answer within about an hour:

  1. A clear scan of your Croatia passport, both the data page and the back cover, with at least six months validity. Missing back covers cause most resubmissions.
  2. A colour passport size photo on a white background, without glasses.
  3. A round trip ticket, which we can also book for you if it is not yet arranged.
  4. For minors, a birth certificate. For a few nationalities, a copy of the national ID card is also required.

A bank statement covering six months is required for certain passports. Where Croatia citizens are affected, the statement of a family member living in the UAE is accepted. UAE immigration may also ask arriving travellers to show proof of funds on entry, so carry a card or cash that demonstrates you can support your stay.

Guarantor documents

For sponsored applications the UAE resident supplies a passport copy and residence visa page valid for six months, both sides of their Emirates ID, and the online guarantee form at applyvisa.app. A family member’s UAE bank statement can replace the visitor’s statement if one is required, though friends cannot substitute theirs.

How Croatia citizens apply

  1. Message +971 52 292 1011 or +971 4 220 2133 on WhatsApp with your documents. We verify everything and advise on the best option for your dates.
  2. Pay through the secure link or instalment plan we send. Processing starts only after documents are verified and payment is received.
  3. We file with immigration and follow up. Typical turnaround for Croatia citizens is 24 to 72 hours, subject to immigration’s discretion.
  4. The approved visa arrives as a PDF on WhatsApp. Carry a printed or digital copy for the airline and for immigration on arrival.

Validity and duration of stay

The permit is valid for entry for 60 days from issue. The stay period, 30 or 60 days, starts counting from your arrival date. Choose single entry for a straightforward visit, or multiple entry if you plan to hop to Oman, Saudi Arabia or Qatar and come back. Employment is not permitted on a tourist visa.

What happens if you overstay

There is no grace period on a UAE tourist visa. The overstay fine is AED 50 per day, applied uniformly across every emirate and visa category, from the first day past expiry. Anyone who overstays by more than 30 days also needs an exit permit, typically AED 250 to 300, before leaving. We remind Croatia travellers on WhatsApp before the expiry date, giving you time to act.

Can Croatia citizens extend the visa?

Thirty day visas may be extended three times by 30 days, and 60 day visas twice by 30 days, all from inside the UAE. The overall ceiling is 120 days of stay. When the extensions are used up, Croatia visitors must exit and return on a fresh visa, either by a same day flight or by the Oman bus route. Apply for the extension ahead of the expiry date, ideally a week before.

Another route for Croatia passports

We can also issue a Sharjah 60 day single entry visa for AED 1,200, which requires no security deposit. Holders may move freely across all seven emirates. We will advise on WhatsApp whether this suits Croatia citizens better than the standard visa.

Common reasons a Dubai visa is delayed or refused

  • Back cover not sent. It is the most common omission, so attach it from the start.
  • Passport validity under six months. Renew before applying.
  • Low resolution photos of documents, which immigration may reject.
  • Previous overstays, unpaid fines or improperly cancelled visas. Tell us about any past UAE history so we can advise honestly before you pay.
  • Passports bearing a single name, which require a supporting document before we can apply.
  • Tight timelines. Three working days is the minimum, and peak seasons need more.

Frequently asked questions about Dubai visa for Croatia passport

When will I receive my visa?

Most applications are approved within 24 to 72 hours. Processing time is decided by immigration and can be longer if additional documents are requested, so apply at least three working days before travel.

Cheapest Dubai visa option?

The 30 day visa is AED 450 single entry or AED 800 multiple entry, with Indian and Filipino passports at AED 400 and AED 750. Some nationalities may also need a refundable deposit.

How much is a 60 day Dubai visa for Croatia passport holders?

For Croatia passports AED 650 single entry and AED 1,000 multiple entry; Indian and Filipino citizens pay AED 600 and AED 950.

Do I need to show a bank statement?

It depends on nationality. Some passports are asked for a six month statement, and a UAE based family member can submit theirs instead. Immigration may also ask arriving travellers for proof of funds, so carry a card or cash. Message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm the rule for Croatia passports.

Is in country extension possible?

Yes, without exit. Three extensions on a 30 day visa, two on a 60 day visa, 30 days each, capped at 120 days total. Beyond that, an exit and re entry is required. Apply before the visa expires.

When do fines start?

No. UAE visit and tourist visas have no grace period. A fine of AED 50 per day applies from the day after expiry, and overstays beyond 30 days also require an exit permit of about AED 250 to 300.

Can I get my money back on refusal?

No refund applies on refusal, since immigration retains the processing charge. You can apply again once the problem is addressed.

Can I add my child to the application?

Certainly. Every child is issued a separate visa at the same rate, and a birth certificate is required in addition to the passport and photo.

Is working permitted?

Employment is not allowed on a tourist visa. Job seekers can meet employers, but a work permit and residence visa are required before starting work.
