Luxembourg passport holders can apply for a Dubai visa through White Sky Travel and receive a 30 or 60 day tourist visa, single or multiple entry, typically within one to three working days. Rates start at AED 450, four documents cover most cases, and our consultants manage the application with you on WhatsApp. Here is everything a Luxembourg traveller needs to know: cost, paperwork, timing, validity and what happens when the visa is about to expire.
In short: Luxembourg passport holders pay AED 450 for a 30 day single entry Dubai visa, AED 650 for 60 days single entry, AED 800 for 30 days multiple entry and AED 1,000 for 60 days multiple entry. Approval takes 24 to 72 hours and entry must happen within 60 days of issue.
Planning your Dubai trip? Let White Sky handle it.
We book your attraction tickets, tours, hotels and flights — and you can pay later with Tabby, Tamara or UAE credit-card monthly instalments. Need a UAE tourist visa too? We do that in-house.
Is a Dubai visa required for Luxembourg citizens?
Unless a passport qualifies for visa on arrival, a prearranged tourist visa is required, and that is what we provide. A limited number of passports receive a visa on arrival at UAE airports, and the list changes from time to time. To be certain about the current rule for Luxembourg citizens, WhatsApp us your passport page and we will check it at no cost.
How much does a Dubai visa cost for Luxembourg citizens?
Current Dubai visa pricing for Luxembourg citizens, verified September 2026:
- Single entry 30 day visa: AED 450
- 60 day tourist visa, single entry: AED 650
- 30 days, multiple entry: AED 800
- 60 day tourist visa, multiple entry: AED 1,000
Thirty days is the minimum tourist visa length, and nothing shorter exists in this category. Fees are not refundable on rejection, since the government charge is paid the moment the application is lodged.
Does a Luxembourg passport need a deposit?
Some passports are asked for a refundable security deposit. The deposit sits apart from the visa fee, is returned after you leave the UAE, and we confirm the amount for Luxembourg citizens on WhatsApp before booking.
Spreading the cost
Residents of the UAE booking for Luxembourg visitors can use Tabby for up to 12 months, Tamara with extendable repayment, or a UAE credit card with 3, 6, 9 or 12 month terms set by the card issuer. All other applicants receive a secure online payment link.

Documents required for a Dubai visa on a Luxembourg passport
Send these on WhatsApp and we can usually confirm eligibility within the hour:
- Front page and back cover of the passport, six months validity minimum. Applications are most frequently sent back because the back cover was left out.
- A colour passport size photo on a white background, without glasses.
- A round trip ticket, which we can also book for you if it is not yet arranged.
- Birth certificate for any child applicant. A national ID copy is required for some nationalities.
A bank statement covering six months is required for certain passports. Where Luxembourg citizens are affected, the statement of a family member living in the UAE is accepted. Please also carry a card or some cash, since immigration can ask arriving visitors to show proof of funds.
Guarantor documents
For sponsored applications the UAE resident supplies a passport copy and residence visa page valid for six months, both sides of their Emirates ID, and the online guarantee form at applyvisa.app. A family member’s UAE bank statement can replace the visitor’s statement if one is required, though friends cannot substitute theirs.
Getting your Dubai visa in four steps
- Send your documents on WhatsApp to +971 52 292 1011 or +971 4 220 2133. We check them the same day and tell you which visa suits your travel dates.
- Complete payment through the link or instalment option we provide. We submit the application once documents and payment are in place.
- We file with immigration and follow up. Typical turnaround for Luxembourg citizens is 24 to 72 hours, subject to immigration’s discretion.
- Once approved, we send the visa PDF on WhatsApp. Show it at check in and at UAE immigration together with your passport.
Key dates to remember
You have 60 days from the issue date to enter the UAE. The 30 or 60 day stay is measured from entry, not from issuance. Single entry means one arrival only, while multiple entry allows repeated exits and returns during the validity period, useful for side trips to Oman, Saudi Arabia or Qatar. The visa is for visiting only and does not allow you to take up work.
No grace period and the AED 50 daily fine
Visitors do not receive any grace days after the expiry date. An expired visa attracts AED 50 per day in fines from day one, and the rate is the same everywhere in the UAE. Overstays beyond 30 days additionally require an exit permit of roughly AED 250 to 300. We remind Luxembourg travellers on WhatsApp before the expiry date, giving you time to act.

Visa extension without leaving the UAE
Thirty day visas may be extended three times by 30 days, and 60 day visas twice by 30 days, all from inside the UAE. The maximum total stay is 120 days. When the extensions are used up, Luxembourg visitors must exit and return on a fresh visa, either by a same day flight or by the Oman bus route. Extensions are only accepted before expiry, so message us while you still have a week or more left.
Another route for Luxembourg passports
An alternative is the 60 day single entry visa issued through Sharjah, priced at AED 1,200 without any deposit. Holders may move freely across all seven emirates. We can tell you on WhatsApp which of the two is the better fit for Luxembourg applicants.
How to keep your application on track
- Missing passport back cover. Include it with your first message to avoid resubmission.
- Less than six months on the passport. Immigration will not approve the visa in that case.
- Blurred or cropped photos. Use a clear, full colour scan with all four corners visible.
- Past visa problems in the UAE. We assess these before submission so that you are not surprised by a refusal.
- One name only on the passport without a supporting document; message us first if this applies to you.
- Last minute applications. Give us a minimum of three working days, longer around Eid and the winter peak.
Questions Luxembourg travellers ask us
What is the processing time?
Typically 24 to 72 hours. Immigration sets the timeline and may ask for more documents, so allow three working days or more before your flight.
Price of a 30 day single entry visa?
AED 450 for single entry and AED 800 for multiple entry. Indian and Filipino passports pay AED 400 and AED 750. A refundable deposit may apply for some nationalities and is confirmed on WhatsApp.
How much is a 60 day Dubai visa for Luxembourg passport holders?
For Luxembourg passports AED 650 single entry and AED 1,000 multiple entry; Indian and Filipino citizens pay AED 600 and AED 950.
Will immigration ask for proof of funds?
It depends on nationality. Some passports are asked for a six month statement, and a UAE based family member can submit theirs instead. Immigration may also ask arriving travellers for proof of funds, so carry a card or cash. Message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm the rule for Luxembourg passports.
Can I extend a Dubai visa without leaving the UAE?
Yes, without exit. Three extensions on a 30 day visa, two on a 60 day visa, 30 days each, capped at 120 days total. Beyond that, an exit and re entry is required. Apply before the visa expires.
Is there a grace period after the Dubai visa expires?
None. The AED 50 daily fine starts the day after the visa expires, with an exit permit of around AED 250 to 300 added after 30 days of overstay.
Refund policy on rejection?
The fee is not returned if the visa is refused; it covers government processing. Reapplying is possible after the cause of rejection is fixed.
What about children on Luxembourg passports?
Yes. Minors receive their own visa at the adult price, and we ask for a birth certificate with the usual documents.
Can I work in the UAE on a Dubai visa?
No. A tourist visa does not permit employment. You may attend interviews and visit, but working requires a residence visa sponsored by an employer.
