We process the Dubai visa for Malaysia citizens as a 30 day or 60 day UAE tourist visa, available in single and multiple entry, with most approvals arriving in 24 to 72 hours. The 30 day visa starts at AED 450, four documents are enough for most applicants, and we handle every step on WhatsApp. Below you will find the price for Malaysia citizens, the documents we ask for, processing times, validity rules and extension options.
The essentials for Malaysia citizens: 30 day single entry AED 450, 60 day single entry AED 650, 30 day multiple entry AED 800, 60 day multiple entry AED 1,000. Expect a 24 to 72 hour turnaround and a 60 day window to enter after issue.
Planning your Dubai trip? Let White Sky handle it.
We book your attraction tickets, tours, hotels and flights — and you can pay later with Tabby, Tamara or UAE credit-card monthly instalments. Need a UAE tourist visa too? We do that in-house.
Who needs a prearranged Dubai visa?
Unless a passport qualifies for visa on arrival, a prearranged tourist visa is required, and that is what we provide. A shorter list of nationalities can enter with a stamp on arrival, and that list moves occasionally. If you are unsure whether a Malaysia passport falls under visa on arrival or needs a prearranged Dubai visa, send us a photo of the passport on WhatsApp and we will confirm before you pay anything.
What a Dubai visa costs from Dubai
Current Dubai visa pricing for Malaysia citizens, verified September 2026:
- 30 day single entry: AED 450
- 60 days, single entry: AED 650
- Multiple entry 30 day visa: AED 800
- 60 day tourist visa, multiple entry: AED 1,000
The 30 day visa is the shortest tourist option the UAE offers. All visa fees, including our service fee, are not refundable if immigration rejects the application, because the government charge is paid at submission.
Security deposits explained
Some passports are asked for a refundable security deposit. The deposit sits apart from the visa fee, is returned after you leave the UAE, and we confirm the amount for Malaysia citizens on WhatsApp before booking.
Payment options
UAE residents applying for a family member or friend from Malaysia can split the visa fee using Tabby with up to 12 months, Tamara with extendable terms, or a UAE credit card with 3, 6, 9 or 12 month plans depending on the issuing bank. Everyone else is sent a secure payment link online.

Paperwork for a Dubai visa
Share these items on WhatsApp and we will confirm whether we can proceed, typically within the hour:
- A clear scan of your Malaysia passport, both the data page and the back cover, with at least six months validity. Missing back covers cause most resubmissions.
- A colour passport size photo on a white background, without glasses.
- A two way air ticket. If you have not booked flights yet, we can book them for you.
- If the applicant is a minor, a birth certificate. Certain passports additionally need a national ID card copy.
Bank statement requirements depend on nationality. Should Malaysia be one of the passports that needs one, a relative in the UAE can submit their own statement for you. Bear in mind that immigration officers sometimes ask arriving passengers to show they can fund their stay, so keep a card or cash accessible.
Guarantor documents
When a UAE resident applies on behalf of a Malaysia visitor, we also need the sponsor’s passport copy valid for six months, residence visa page valid for six months, Emirates ID front and back, and the guarantee form completed at applyvisa.app. The sponsor’s bank statement can stand in for the applicant’s where one is required, but this applies to family members only, not friends.
Getting your Dubai visa in four steps
- Send your documents on WhatsApp to +971 52 292 1011 or +971 4 220 2133. We check them the same day and tell you which visa suits your travel dates.
- Make the payment through the link we send. The application goes to immigration as soon as payment clears and documents are approved.
- The application is filed and monitored by our team. Expect 24 to 72 hours for most Malaysia applicants, with occasional delays or extra document requests from immigration.
- Once approved, we send the visa PDF on WhatsApp. Show it at check in and at UAE immigration together with your passport.
Validity and duration of stay
The permit is valid for entry for 60 days from issue. The 30 or 60 day stay is measured from entry, not from issuance. Choose single entry for a straightforward visit, or multiple entry if you plan to hop to Oman, Saudi Arabia or Qatar and come back. Employment is not permitted on a tourist visa.
No grace period and the AED 50 daily fine
Visitors do not receive any grace days after the expiry date. Every day beyond expiry costs AED 50, whichever emirate issued the visa, starting immediately. Overstays beyond 30 days additionally require an exit permit of roughly AED 250 to 300. We send Malaysia clients a reminder on WhatsApp before the visa expires so that you can extend or exit in time.

Staying longer than 30 or 60 days
A 30 day visa can be extended three times for 30 days each, and a 60 day visa twice for 30 days each, with no exit required. Combined stay is capped at 120 days. After the limit, the only way to stay on is to leave and come back on a new visa, by air through an airport to airport change or by bus via Oman. Extension applications must be submitted before the current visa expires, so contact us with at least a week remaining.
An alternative issued through Sharjah
We can also issue a Sharjah 60 day single entry visa for AED 1,200, which requires no security deposit. Holders may move freely across all seven emirates. Ask us on WhatsApp which option is better for a Malaysia passport.
How to keep your application on track
- Back cover not sent. It is the most common omission, so attach it from the start.
- Passport validity under six months. Renew before applying.
- Low resolution photos of documents, which immigration may reject.
- Earlier violations or uncancelled visas. Be open with us so we can check the record first.
- One name only on the passport without a supporting document; message us first if this applies to you.
- Applying too close to the travel date. Allow at least three working days, more during Eid and December.
Frequently asked questions about Dubai visa for Malaysia passport
When will I receive my visa?
Usually one to three working days. The decision rests with immigration, and delays are possible, so do not book non changeable flights until the visa is issued.
Cheapest Dubai visa option?
The 30 day visa is AED 450 single entry or AED 800 multiple entry, with Indian and Filipino passports at AED 400 and AED 750. Some nationalities may also need a refundable deposit.
How much is a 60 day Dubai visa for Malaysia passport holders?
For Malaysia passports AED 650 single entry and AED 1,000 multiple entry; Indian and Filipino citizens pay AED 600 and AED 950.
Will immigration ask for proof of funds?
Only for certain nationalities. A UAE resident family member’s statement is accepted in those cases. Regardless, carry a card or cash on arrival in case immigration asks for proof of funds. WhatsApp us to check the rule for Malaysia.
What if I want to stay longer?
It can be extended in country: three times for a 30 day visa, twice for a 60 day visa, 30 days each, with a 120 day ceiling. After that, exit and re enter on a new visa.
When do fines start?
There is no grace period. Fines of AED 50 per day begin immediately after expiry, and an exit permit costing roughly AED 250 to 300 is needed if the overstay exceeds 30 days.
Can I get my money back on refusal?
No. Visa fees, including the service fee, are not refundable if immigration rejects the application, because the government charge is paid at submission. You may reapply after addressing the reason for refusal.
Can children from Malaysia apply for a Dubai visa?
Certainly. Every child is issued a separate visa at the same rate, and a birth certificate is required in addition to the passport and photo.
Can I look for a job on this visa?
No. A tourist visa does not permit employment. You may attend interviews and visit, but working requires a residence visa sponsored by an employer.
