If you hold a Panama passport and need a Dubai visa, we can issue a 30 day or 60 day UAE tourist visa in single or multiple entry, usually within 24 to 72 hours. Prices start at AED 450, you need only four documents, and everything happens over WhatsApp from our office in Dubai Investment Park. This page explains what a Panama passport holder pays, what to send, how long it takes, and how the visa can be extended once you are in the UAE.
Short version: four visa options for Panama passports, from AED 450 for 30 days single entry to AED 1,000 for 60 days multiple entry, approved in 24 to 72 hours and valid for entry within 60 days of issue.
Planning your Dubai trip? Let White Sky handle it.
We book your attraction tickets, tours, hotels and flights — and you can pay later with Tabby, Tamara or UAE credit-card monthly instalments. Need a UAE tourist visa too? We do that in-house.
Panama passport and UAE entry rules
The majority of passports require a visa arranged in advance, which is the service described on this page. Some passports are stamped on arrival instead, and the list of eligible countries is updated periodically. We confirm the current position for Panama passports on WhatsApp so that nobody pays for a visa they do not need.
How much does a Dubai visa cost for Panama citizens?
Here is the September 2026 price list for Panama passport holders:
- Single entry 30 day visa: AED 450
- 60 days, single entry: AED 650
- 30 day multiple entry: AED 800
- 60 day tourist visa, multiple entry: AED 1,000
Thirty days is the minimum tourist visa length, and nothing shorter exists in this category. Fees are not refundable on rejection, since the government charge is paid the moment the application is lodged.
A note on deposits
A refundable security deposit may apply for some nationalities. It is not part of the prices listed, it comes back to you after your exit from the country, and we state clearly on WhatsApp whether a Panama passport is affected.
Payment options
For UAE residents applying on behalf of Panama family or friends, payment can be spread with Tabby up to 12 months, Tamara on extendable terms, or a UAE credit card over 3, 6, 9 or 12 months according to the bank. Applicants who are not UAE residents pay through a secure online link.

What Panama citizens need to send us
WhatsApp us the following and expect an eligibility answer within about an hour:
- Passport scan showing the front page and the back cover, valid for at least six months. A missing back cover is the most common reason an application is returned, so please include both.
- A recent colour photograph, white background, passport dimensions, no glasses.
- Confirmed two way flight booking. We can book the flights on your behalf if needed.
- For minors, a birth certificate. For a few nationalities, a copy of the national ID card is also required.
Some nationalities may be asked for a six month bank statement, and where that applies to a Panama passport a UAE based family member’s statement can be submitted on your behalf. On arrival, immigration may request evidence of funds, so have a bank card or cash to hand.
Guarantor documents
When a UAE resident applies on behalf of a Panama visitor, we also need the sponsor’s passport copy valid for six months, residence visa page valid for six months, Emirates ID front and back, and the guarantee form completed at applyvisa.app. Where a bank statement is needed, a family sponsor’s statement may be used instead of the applicant’s; this does not extend to friends.
The application process step by step
- Send your documents on WhatsApp to +971 52 292 1011 or +971 4 220 2133. We check them the same day and tell you which visa suits your travel dates.
- Make the payment through the link we send. The application goes to immigration as soon as payment clears and documents are approved.
- We file with immigration and follow up. Typical turnaround for Panama citizens is 24 to 72 hours, subject to immigration’s discretion.
- Once approved, we send the visa PDF on WhatsApp. Show it at check in and at UAE immigration together with your passport.
Validity, entry and stay rules for Panama visitors
You have 60 days from the issue date to enter the UAE. Your permitted stay runs from the entry stamp, not from the issue date. Single entry means one arrival only, while multiple entry allows repeated exits and returns during the validity period, useful for side trips to Oman, Saudi Arabia or Qatar. A tourist visa does not permit employment in the UAE.
No grace period and the AED 50 daily fine
There is no grace period on a UAE tourist visa. The overstay fine is AED 50 per day, applied uniformly across every emirate and visa category, from the first day past expiry. Anyone who overstays by more than 30 days also needs an exit permit, typically AED 250 to 300, before leaving. A WhatsApp reminder from us before expiry helps Panama visitors avoid fines.

Staying longer than 30 or 60 days
The 30 day visa allows three extensions of 30 days and the 60 day visa allows two, without leaving the country. The maximum total stay is 120 days. Once you reach the maximum, you must exit and re enter, either through an airport to airport visa change or by bus to Oman. Apply for the extension ahead of the expiry date, ideally a week before.
Another route for Panama passports
For Panama travellers who prefer it, the Sharjah 60 day single entry visa costs AED 1,200 and carries no deposit. Holders may move freely across all seven emirates. We will advise on WhatsApp whether this suits Panama citizens better than the standard visa.
Common reasons a Dubai visa is delayed or refused
- Missing passport back cover. Include it with your first message to avoid resubmission.
- Short passport validity, which leads to refusal.
- Blurred or cropped photos. Use a clear, full colour scan with all four corners visible.
- Past visa problems in the UAE. We assess these before submission so that you are not surprised by a refusal.
- Single name passports. If your Panama passport shows only one name and no supporting document shows a full name, the visa cannot be processed, so contact us before paying.
- Tight timelines. Three working days is the minimum, and peak seasons need more.
Frequently asked questions about Dubai visa for Panama passport
How many days until approval?
Usually one to three working days. The decision rests with immigration, and delays are possible, so do not book non changeable flights until the visa is issued.
What does the 30 day visa cost?
AED 450 for single entry and AED 800 for multiple entry. Indian and Filipino passports pay AED 400 and AED 750. A refundable deposit may apply for some nationalities and is confirmed on WhatsApp.
60 day visa fee for Panama citizens?
AED 650 single or AED 1,000 multiple entry, with the Indian and Filipino tariff at AED 600 and AED 950.
Do I need to show a bank statement?
Only for certain nationalities. A UAE resident family member’s statement is accepted in those cases. Regardless, carry a card or cash on arrival in case immigration asks for proof of funds. WhatsApp us to check the rule for Panama.
Can the visa be extended?
It can be extended in country: three times for a 30 day visa, twice for a 60 day visa, 30 days each, with a 120 day ceiling. After that, exit and re enter on a new visa.
Is there a grace period after the Dubai visa expires?
No. UAE visit and tourist visas have no grace period. A fine of AED 50 per day applies from the day after expiry, and overstays beyond 30 days also require an exit permit of about AED 250 to 300.
Refund policy on rejection?
Fees are not refunded on rejection, as the government charge is paid when the application is lodged. A fresh application can be made once the issue is resolved.
What about children on Panama passports?
Yes. Minors receive their own visa at the adult price, and we ask for a birth certificate with the usual documents.
Is working permitted?
No. A tourist visa does not permit employment. You may attend interviews and visit, but working requires a residence visa sponsored by an employer.
